On the Octopod, there's a specific routine that everyone goes through each morning, it doesn't make the Octopod less crazy, come to think of it, the Octopod's way crazier with the routine than without it. Everyone has to report for roll call at 7 AM on weekdays and 11 AM on weekends. It's a mad dash to get their tails into roll call to avoid trouble if they sleep in.
Nights are a free for all, and thank goodness it is. Some people go to bed at 8 (Peso), and some people go to bed way past midnight (Tweak).
The Octopod has a game night, and unlike Professor Inkling first suggested, it is anything but quiet and sophisticated. It is loud as anything, everyone's crazy, Tweak and Kwazii won't stop fighting, and once when they were docked up on shore, they got the police called on them.
Whenever the Octonauts play these games, there are punishments if you lose, ranging from letting the Vegimals use Dashi's makeup on you, to eating licorice kelp cakes covered in hot sauce, to being pelted with stuffed animals, and you can only keep one.
The captain is strict on schedule, but if someone's needs get in the way, then he'll take care of them and chuck the schedule out without blinking.
