Messes are VERY common on the Octopod, everyone has made one at least once. a week.
Kwazii is usually the cause of all the adults' messes, he leaves hairballs and random objects everywhere.
Not many people on the Octopod are, quote unquote, "organized" In fact, Shellington once lost the shirt he was WEARING.
The bathroom is the place that gets trashed the most, there are 11 animals and 12 Vegimals, so a lot of creatures use it. The shower usually gets the brunt of all the chaos, Kwazii has clawed the curtains to shreds while practicing his fencing, and the kids and Vegimals have pulled down the curtain rod dozens of times.
Most messes made by the Vegimals involve some kind of clumsiness and silliness gone horribly wrong. The worst was when Codish spilled flour and water all over the floor, it took 3 hours to get it all off of the Vegimals and the kitchen.
The kids make far more and bigger messes than any of the adults and the Vegimals combined. Once when Pinto found about 30 bottles of shaving cream, they had a shaving cream fight in the bathroom, and after the grown-ups found out, none of them except for Kwazii were happy, and they had to clean it all up.
