3x21 Before Sunset

Kalani's eyes flutter open to see Max sitting on her bed. "Hey," she says getting up. "Hey," Max says as she walks around the bed to stand in front of him. "Is Addy making something in the kitchen? Hopefully, she's making doughnuts," Kalani says with a smile but Max doesn't return.

"What's wrong?" She asks studying his features. She recognized it immediately. "Whos dead?" She asks sitting down next to him. "She helped Ric and he killed her," Max says as Kalani's eyes fall to her bed. She couldn't hear Adelaide's singing. She sang while baking.

"Where's Adelaide?" She asks as Max pulls her into a hug. "No, where is she?" Kalani asks but he just holds her tighter. A scream escapes her lips follows by tears as Max rubs her back.
