4x4 The Five

Kalani gets out of Damon's car after Bonnie as she leans against the car. "Don't do that," Damon says but she just flips him off. "I'm gonna go get some coffee," she says moving away from the car.

"I'll go with you," Bonnie says before Kalani nods and walks away as Bonnie follows. Soon she and Bonnie are sitting on the grass, drinking coffee. "I don't really want to go to college," Kalani speaks up. "Really?" Bonnie questions as Kalani nods. "Yeah, I don't want to spend more time listening to middle-aged men telling me to do homework but Alex apparently loves college. He can't wait," Kalani says before taking a sip of her bitter coffee.

"Me neither," Bonnie says as Kalani rests her head back. "That's nice," she says closing her eyes. "Yeah," Bonnie responds. After a few moments of silence, she speaks up again. "I miss you," she says as Kalani's eyes open before the girl faces her. "I'm right here," she says resting her head on her shoulder. "But you're not. Not really," Bonnie says, and before Kalani can respond Damon walks up to them.

"Get up ladies, we're going to a party," he says holding up a flyer. "Cool," Kalani says before holding her hand out for Damon who takes it before pulling her up as she holds her hand out to Bonnie who shakes her head before getting up by herself.

Kalani stands against the door as Damon, Bonnie, and Elena stand with her. "You know you could've dressed up," Damon says as she faces him. "I also could've stabbed you in the face," she responds with a smile. "Look, it's Professor Shane," Bonnie speaks up as Kalani looks at the professor who looks at Bonnie.

"Why is that man looking at you? That's weird," Kalani says as Bonnie laughs. "It's not. I'm gonna go talk to him," Bonnie says before walking away. "I'm gonna go get drunk," Kalani says before walking away.

Soon she's on the table doing shots. "Another!" She yells before taking another shot. "Get off the table!" A voice says as she turns to see Bonnie looking up at him. "Come get me!" She responds laughing. "Kalani! I'm leaving! Get down!" Bonnie says as Kalani groans. "Why?! I wanna stay! Stay with me!" Kalani exclaims holding her hand out to pulling who pulls her down.

"Ow," she says as she lands on her feet before pulling her hand out of Bonnie's grip. "Let's go," Bonnie says as Kalani huffs before following her to the exit. "Bonnie," Kalani says talking Bonnie's hand and pulling the girl back. "You're beautiful," she says looking at the girl. "No, no," Bonnie says before pulling away and walking out.

"What? What's wrong?" Kalani says following the girl out. "You're drunk and I'm not gonna be the person you settle for because you can't have Adelaide. Not when I know you don't love me," Bonnie says facing Kalani. "But I do love you," Kalani responds. "Not as much as you love her. In your eyes, she was a saint, and im just a replacement. I'm not gonna be your replacement," Bonnie explains before walking away. "Bonnie," Kalani whispers before rushing back inside when she gets a weird feeling in her stomach.
