It said that the number was out of service, wtf?

And there's another number: 341-654-9532
Although I knew I was playing with fire when I was calling him but I didn't care, but it also said, for both numbers, that it's out of service
Jane the killer: 304-855-0201
It also said it was out of service
Nina the killer: 630-296-7536
Also out of service
I dunno why, but all the numbers were out of service, I can't explain this, can you? Cuz I saw a lot of people trying this, and they either got something scary, or they didn't answer
