The fragrance of Bougainvillea and marigold flowers filled the air. The entrance looks so warm and welcoming, it was painted with blue, a very lovely  colour if you ask me. I was still admiring the house when a young beautiful woman came running out towards me.  She was putting on a trouser and a shirt with a scarf wrap carelessly around her neck.

" big brother, welcome, we all miss you.  So because you are married now you have forgotten you still  have a princess at home.
"They look so adorable, I couldn't help but envy them. I never had a sibling as I was the only child. The door opened again and another young lady appeared, she was looking very graceful  and lovely, she was putting on a maroon colour skirt, black scarf and a turban wrap around her head.  Both siblings started talking non stop, when they noticed I was standing beside their brother all along, do I look that small, I couldn't help but wondered.

"sister in law, please do forgive us. We were so excited to see big brother, we didn't see you, come inside please."

I was drag inside by the two butterflies who couldn't stay still With kadir. The interior decoration of the house was more dazzling and homey. Family portrait Was hanged on the left, floral curtains were also hanged all around and there were beautiful. Caramel colour wallpapers on the walls. The house was really lovely. I was surprised to see my grandma and mom there. I went ,in to greet both of them .

" salam alaikum grandma."
" my baby, we were worried about you,  are you okay? any sign of panic attack, did you take med? ."
shaking my head at all the questions being thrown at me.  I assure both grandma and my mummy that I was fine. Moving towards the kitchen, I saw both of Kadir's sister  in he kitchen, I assisted with the dishes.

I carried a potion of the food with both Ahlam and Amira bringing the rest.

" this food, taste so yummy ." Kadir's father said, nodding my head at that I agree , it actually taste yummy .
" it was muna's doing ." what! I knew  she was making that up .
" but Amira, I met you and Ahlam  in the kitchen if you remember. I didn't do anything ." I didn't like as all attention was on me even my husband Was smiling cheekily at me.
"dad, my wife is such an amazing cook, she spoilt me with her food, even our cook at home isn't up to her standard."

I was feeling so embarrassed, why would he say that. I was speechless, I may be confident sometimes but I'm not used to people complimenting me. After the meal, everyone was teasing my husband and I, the men all went to mosque for the evening prayers with the women praying at home. My husband has changed, he prays more frequently,  reads the Quran and  he doesn't smoke often, I was really curious as to what brought  the change.

Folding the praying mat, I couldn't help but admire my husband's room, It was times bigger than mine at my grandma's place and the wall paint calls out his name (brown and white). He had a walk in closet, bedside refrigerator and a master bed. Seeing a small family picture on the wall, I noticed a face I didn't see in the sitting room. Moving closer, I saw a replica image of  kadir on the wall, he look just  like him. He wore  a mischievous grin on his face and he  looks much younger, my husband may be handsome but looks more intimidating than this young man .

" he was my younger brother." hearing that behind me, I was startled. I whirled around to see the culprit and it was my husband, placing my hand on my now beating heart, I glare at him.

" why do you like sneaking up on someone, can't you just walk like a normal person ." I was angry but when I saw the sad look on his face, I had to let go of my anger, " what do you mean he was your younger brother ."

  " he is no more."
" oh ya Allah, I didn't know that I'm so sorry hubby." He chukled at the nickname I gave him, I was glad I could at least make him laugh at that moments,   " do you want to talk about it ." he looks so miserable, I couldn't help but move to where he was and hug him, I'm sure it will calm him down.

" he was Yunus my younger bro, we were more like twin. He was the mischievous one, the playful one, he was like the air which this house breath in. When I was still a pilot, he comes to  my cabinet at the airport to come learn about my work. He'll always say he wants to become a businessman, he considered being a pilot just for fun.  It doesn't matter, as long as he was there with me we were all going to be fine. I came back from work one day so exhausted, he wanted us to go on a cruise round the city, I pleaded with him that we should suspend it because I was tired but he didn't buy that. I had no choice than to oblige, I threw the keys at him and told him to drive. I still remembered the ground was wet due to rain. The leaves were dripping and the weather was cold, it was so cool. We were talking about my work and college life.
