If Chifuyu had told them they were going to be seeing Osanai, Nakano would've punched him and dealt with the prick herself.

"If this place becomes a crime scene, don't say I didn't warn you." Nakano narrows her eyes at the door of the carpentry shop. "If he so much as tries to touch either of you I swear-"

"We'll be fine," Takemichi quickly cuts her off.

Nakano doesn't trust that one bit, but they need information. If Osanai has any, then she'll listen. If he refuses, then she can test her new power again. She would've brought it up to Takemichi if Chifuyu wasn't right next to him.

They walk into the small shop, and Chifuyu asks to see Osanai. The man at the front desk who seems to be the owner yells back at him and sends the three on their way. They find their way into the back room, where they find the former Moebius leader hammering away at some wood.

He turns his head half way to look back to them. "Who the hell're you guys?"

'Right... He doesn't know about me.'

If this guy knew that Nakano was responsible for some of his guys' deaths, then they'd have another problem on their hands. Though, she'd have an easy way to fix that. Too bad it won't be needed.

"We have some questions for you," Chifuyu opens, not wanting to give him their names. "Kisaki Tetta was in Moebius before. How did you meet him?"

Osanai hesitates, placing down his hammer and taking the nails out of his mouth. "My first impression of him was that he was just some kid. Kisaki just came to me one day out of nowhere, and that's how I met him."

"How did you become the leader of Moebius? Did he help you?"

'Incredibly specific questions,' Nakano thinks to herself. 'Chifuyu must've scripted this.'

"Weird as it sounds, when I did whatever Kisaki told me, everything went smoothly. In just a year, I went from a punk who was only good at fighting, to the guy in charge of Shinjuku."

That answer really doesn't sit well with Nakano at all. It's like another way of saying Moebius, or at least the Moebius she's familiar with, was established by Kisaki. He made Osanai its leader by whispering things to do in his ear.

"So, you became the leader of Moebius because of Kisaki?" Chifuyu interrogates further.

"Yeah. Can't make a gang if winning fights is the only thing going for you."

As much as she hates this prick, she has to agree. Not only would a strong leader be really good in a physical fight, but they should also be able to hype up their gang and get them to follow them. Manjiro is a perfect example of that.

"So Kisaki was your confidant?"

There's some tense hesitation as Osanai avoids their gaze. "I was nothing but a stepping stone to Kisaki. I learned that for the battle of August third."

"You mean when Draken-kun got stabbed?" Takemichi asks.

"That was all arranged by Kisaki in the first place."

The black haired twin glances at the blonde one, with a subtle look of 'well fuck' in her narrowed eyes.

"Kisaki found a way to drive Pah into a corner, which started infighting in Toman. Even when some psychotic bastard murdered a good chunk of my guys, that didn't stop him. That was a solid reason to go after Toman." Osanai grits his teeth, eyes glued to the floor. "And Kisaki made it all my fault!"

'It was all your fault.' Nakano's eyes sear right through the poor excuse of a human right in front of her. 'Getting manipulated to do that by some kid is fucking pathetic.'
