Yokohama Bay, Seventh Ward.

This is where Tenjiku is currently taking up arms. Amongst the large metal cargo crates, delinquents from the generation of brutality all gather, awaiting the commence of the battle.

"Tonight, history will be made," says their leader—their King that stands above them all. "The night that Tokyo's greatest gangs assemble." Izana turns towards the leaders of the gangs he had just beaten into submission. "How disappointing. You're telling me that these guys are the top right now?"

"Izana." Someone calls his name, so he turns to see his loyal dog looking towards him. One of the Heavenly Kings, Kakucho. "It's past ten pm. It looks like Toman ain't gonna come."

"Huh," Izana huffs in disappointment. "I see."

Kakucho looks beyond Izana, wondering what became of Nakano's mission. 'I guess she failed to save the girl.'

"Ran and Rindou dealt with Mitsuya and Smiley, and Mucho dealt with the First Division. Of course they're not gonna show up." One of Tenjiku's Heavenly Kings slings an arm around his fellow treasurer who's standing next to him. "You made a wise decision, didn't you, Kokonoi? You're lucky to have me as your mentor. We'll be making bank together in no time!"

"Get off me." Koko glares at the guy, and shrugs his arm off. "I already know what I'm doing. Shut the hell up, Akumu."

"Alright, alright." The executive raises his hands in a jesting form of surrender. "You're all so uptight."

"Tsk. That guy's more annoying than you, Ran," Rindou whispers to his older brother.

"Was that an indirect compliment?" Ran smiles teasingly at his younger brother.

"Shut the fuck up or I'll direct my fist to your face."

"Then," Akumu continues. "Mikey and Draken were crippled by Kisaki."

Hanma smirks from behind the youngest member of Tenjiku. "Looks like Toman's done for."

A scoff can be heard from Mochizuki. "I don't favour the way he did it."

"Izana," Mucho speaks up. "Us S-62 have all lost our dreams. But you've made them come true. This is the end for Toman."

"From now on..." Izana turns towards his gang that gathers beneath him. "...Tenjiku will slowly rise to the top. We'll take over the other gangs in Tokyo. Through our connection to Akumu's family, we'll be involved with the mature underground businesses. Even the Yakuza won't stand a chance. We'll destroy anyone who opposes us. We will dominate the underground world of Japan."

'That's right. Along with it, you'll stand for that, Mikey.' Izana steps forward towards the edge of the ship container he's standing on, his arms outspread as if he's riding the wind that blows at him. 'I'll let you suffer until the very bitter end. If Nakano will not join me, then she will suffer at your side. It's disgusting how you two are so much alike, so you will be punished in the same way.'

"Toman would be a pretty useless team without Mikey." Akumu continues to run his mouth. "And with that Nakano girl on our side, they won't stand a chance on the battlefield."

"If they even show up, which they seemingly won't," Mochi comments with a snide smirk. "What a boring bunch."

"... No." A voice captures their attention. They turn to see the youngest member, also looking out towards the end of the light that shines from the bright lamp posts of the pier. "That guy will definitely come."

Izana is confused by this. "What do you mean?"

Lifting a finger to his lips, Kisaki beckons everyone to be quiet. Silence replaces the air for a moment, before a sound echoes through the night. It grows louder and louder as it nears their position.
