Chapter 25 [Illusion or Reality]

Tatsumi's P.O.V

I had gone to a plain that held a bunch of demon's and danger beast that i had cleared out and was ready to head back until i heard an explosion hit the ground behind me, i wished it was someone else though.

Esdeath:"I'll be able to use my newest torture method's on someo-*Gasp* T-Tatsumi."

Tatsumi:(Oh crap, not her!):"E-Esdeath?"

She took a moment to just stare at me until more danger beast showed up, i could have used that as a distraction so i could escape but of course that didn't work as she killed them without a problem, she then grabed me and pulled me in.

Esdeath:"There's no doubt about it, you are Tatsumi, the danger beast were a minor annoyince but it's because of them we were brought together, this must be destiny."

Tatsumi:(Oh for fuck sake's, leave me alone woman.)

????:"Heheheh."

Tatsumi+Esdeath:"Huh?"

????:"Enjoy your island get away."

Suddenly we were teliported away from the plain we were on and to an island far away from the capital.

Tatsumi:(Oh hell no, now i'm traped on an island with her.)

Esdeath:"Oh my, this could be just like a date my dear."

Tatsumi:(Keep dreaming woman.)

Now i have to play it cool, if i even make her think for a moment that i'm with Night Raid i'm a dead man.

Esdeath:"We should make the most of this."

Tatsumi:"We should see if this place can hold people on it, if not there has to be a way out."

Esdeath:"Oh, you're right if there aren't the thing's we need we should find a way out."

I started into the forest and looked for food and i have no clue where she went but thank god she's not near me.

Esdeath:"Hm, it doesn't quite look like him yet, maybe with a little more practice i can make it perfect."

I had found a source of fruit but before i considered them edible i looked at my survival log book to cheak if they were in fact edible and not poisonous cause if i poison Esdeath she'll kill me before she goes out.

Tatsumi:"Hey Esdeath, i found something we could eat."

Esdeath:"My my Tatsumi it seem's you may have caught me in a more vulnerable state."

Tatsumi:(What is she talking abo-

-Oh god why? This is beyond crazy.):"S-Sorry."

Esdeath:"It's alright, i would let you look if i didn't want you to."

Tatsumi:(Please put your shirt back on, this is the dumbest thing i've ever seen her do.)

Through out the whole dang day we hunted and made a shelter so if it started storming we'de be dry at least and i even learned about her past, but i also needed some sort of believable story so she wouldn't be suspicious of me.

Esdeath:"Don't worry Tatsumi, any secret is safe with me, if it's not to much to ask may i know where you learned to use a sword the way you do?"

Tatsumi:"Well much like the rest of the children in my clan were taught from the moment we can walk, were a clan that has hunted demon's since the begining of this planet people believed we were stupid but look now, a portal to hell's been opened and now there running in the wild."

Esdeath:"Indeed and they are quite the annoyance too."

Tatsumi:"Well it's been a bit harder now since our village was attacked and we lost our weapon's so we've had to break our oath and cause harm to those who have stolen them, we didn't want to resort to that but that's what it's coming to."

Esdeath:(So the minister ordered a raid on his clan's village to get those weapon's? What's so specal about them to raid a village over them anyway?)

Amazingly she believed every word coming out of my mouth and the next morning we were able to escape the island and i wasted no time at all in running back to base and away from her.
