I've been staring at the ring on my finger since I woke up. While every now and then letting the sun shine on the diamond since I'm facing the window. With Elijah's arm hooked around my waist, I pretty much can't move because he's holding me in place. Not only that but he's still asleep and he's a heavy sleep too.

When Alessandra, Elijah and I got back to the mansion, everyone eagerly waited to hear my response. Though I don't know why because Elijah told me on the drive back that he had installed a few hidden cameras so the others could watch back home. He said it was because he didn't want them hiding around the area and preferred it to be just us three there.

We stayed up late last night because Elijah began to talk about the process of asking permission to marry me, setting up the area and how he was feeling the hours leading up to it. I won't lie, he did one hell of a good job hiding his nervousness.

He also told me that he bought the ring two years ago a few days before he found out about the papers we were going to be signing the next day. That subject barely lasted five minutes because both of us didn't want to talk about it.

When I woke up, the first thing I realized is that I didn't tell Elijah about me being pregnant. I think I'm about ten weeks . . . maybe eleven or twelve. I was so caught up with him proposing to me that I completely forgot about it.
