What is perception?

what does it to perceive

because it seems a lot of people forgot the true meaning

and use it as a means to justify judging someone

because nowadays people usually only want to look at the way a person looks

but that's not what perception is

perception is how you see a person's personality

and depending on how the person wants you to see them

because at the end of the day

you can only see what they want you to

trust me I learned that from experience

because no matter how hard you try 

unless they want you to see all that they are

you'll never see their wounds and battle scars
