~ lies ~

I have always wondered

is life truly made up of lies?

and if so how many of them were made to end up hurting us

I mean if you look at it

parents made up the lie of Santa clause to give all kids 

a reason for joy as they acted good enough

to win a precious toy

as the sun rose on Christmas day

all the kids went out to play 

whilst kids went to bed their parents snuck by their  heads 

as they pretended the gifts were from Santa on his sled

with his seven deer 

to keep the christmas cheer
