Chapter Twenty-One

Chloe's POV

I sang. Pentatonix loved it. Now I'm going to do a solo in Standing By. I'm scared.

Why me? Why not anybody else? I guess I'm just that good to them. But I sound terrible to myself. Just... why?

Now is probably a good time to tell them I kinda have stage fright. Meh, I'll tell them later. The only thing that will make me lose my stage fright is conquering it. Hopefully all goes well... tonight.

Oh shoot, I can't do this. I'm already a getting light headed and my mid is racing. Watch me cry on stage.

Just watch my meltdown.

Avi's POV

Chloe seems to be scared a little, but it's nice to see her conquering the stage. After all, she deserves this. Time to bring her on stage.

"You all may know that we have adopted a girl earlier this year, right" I said. The crowd started cheering. I haven't even gotten to the good part yet!

"Well, she's back stage right now. She's going to perform Standing By with us!" I finished talking and the crowd started cheering louder. I gestured for Chloe to step on stage. She walked on wearing the same thing she wore on when we met Jason. Even though people say not to wear an a outfit twice, she was rocking it!

"Hey guys," Chloe said to the audience. They continued to cheer. When they got quiet, I told them to get out their phone lights. Then we started singing.

We finished and the crowd was cheering once again. Do they ever stop screaming? I guess not.

They loved Chloe. They were even chanting that we keep her in stage for the rest of the show.

Our little girl is a star!

We had her choose the chair girl and she even got in on the action when we sang Let's Get It On.

We should have her in every single show for the rest of the tour!
