14. Broken Promises

"Ae-" Jake was about to call her but she looked at him desperately. He stopped.

"Why are you grabbing her like that?" Sunoo asked and Jeno scoffed.

"She's my girlfriend. I can do whatever i want" Jeno grabbed her waist.

She saw Jake's expression changing.

The guys look at Jake.

"That's 7 pairs of eyes looking at you. You better get ready" Jeno whispered to her.

"What are you doing so far away from home?" Jaemin asked.

"My girl wanted to meet her friend. And we came to get food" Heeseung said.

"But I guess we're done here," Jake said. She saw betrayal in his eyes.

'no no no'

"You're done right?" Jake looked at Hanee and put his hands in his pocket.

'Don't leave me. Please'

"Y-Yeah" Hanee stuttered.

"Then we'll be leaving" Jake smiled and turned.

The other guys hesitated and followed him.

'Please don't leave me'

She watch as they get on their bikes and ride off.

She pushed Jeno away.

"What was that??" She yelled at him.

She was so damn frustrated with him.

He slapped her.

"Jeno!" Jaemin yelled.

"You're being so damn annoying right now," Jeno scoffed.

"First, you came here with the damn bandana off, you removed the rubber band, you left school without telling me"

"And now, 7 pairs of eyes were looking at you!" he said and he slapped her again.

She cried.

"I fucking hate you" she said to his face.

He slapped her once again.

"Jeno Lee!" His friends stopped him.

"Hypocrite. You dare to hit girls now" She held her face.

She stood up, grabbed her bag and ran home.

- Jake pov -

"Hyung! Calm down!" Ni-ki yelled at you.

'she has a boyfriend'

You speed up.

'She has a fucking boyfriend'

"Hyung!" Ni-ki yelled again and this time you slowed down.

"What?!" you yelled at him.

"What is wrong with you?!" Ni-ki yelled back.

You couldn't take it anymore and stopped at the side.

The other guys noticed and stopped at the side too.

You got off.

"AARGHHHH!!!" you yelled, throwing your helmet to the ground.

"Jake, what the hell is wrong with you? Were you trying to kill Ni-ki?" Sunghoon yelled at you.

'She has a fucking boyfriend'

'but why the hell am i so angry?'

"I know you're mad at Aerin right now, but you have to fucking calm down" Heeseung scolded you.
