A S P E N ' S   P O V

After some more days in Florida, we had decided to head back home. For the last 2 days we just went back to Disney and went sightseeing.

As of now, I was leaving my fashion design class and making my way over to the football field. Hunter had asked me to meet him there as he needed some help with something that he couldn't talk about over the phone.

Stopping at my car, I placed my bag in the backseat before grabbing my phone and keys. I locked my car and began to head back over to football field.

As I was turning a corner I bumped into someone, hearing a loud groan as I looked up. I rolled my eyes as I saw Emely glaring awfully hard at me.

"Ugh, great. You just had to ruin my day." She scoffed, crossing her arms over her chest.

"Can I help you with anything?" I dismissed, not even caring what she had to say.

"Yeah, leave Dalton alone. I heard you guys went on a trip together." She mentioned as I narrowed my eyes at her.

Girl, what does any of that have to do with you?

I started looking around, looking behind her and checking my jacket pockets. She looked at me confused as she continued glaring at me.

"What the hell are you looking for?" She asked, flipping her burnt ass hair over her shoulder.

"I'm trying to find what that has to do with you." I smirked, watching her shriek and walk past me, purposefully bumping into my shoulder.

I rolled my eyes and continued my walk to the football field. Thankfully, it was close by and I didn't have to walk much farther.

When I got there, the boys were taking a water break. Luka noticed me first, waving me over. Dalton looked up as he saw me, the smile immediately falling off of his face. He intentionally walked away, going to talk to the coach.

"Aspen! Thank god you're here. I'm freaking out." Hunter ran up to me, rambling as Luka shook his head and walked up to stand in front of me too.

"Why were you freaking out so much on the phone, Hunter?" I asked, brushing off how Dalton was avoiding me.

"Oh, he's been going crazy all morning and afternoon. Coach had to pull him aside during practice and give him a 'talk'." Luka laughed, taking a drink out of his water bottle.

"It's not funny. Aspen, you're better help than he is. Me and Rosa are supposed to be going out tonight and I'm super nervous. What does she like? Do I get her flowers? Should I hold the door open for her?" He rambled, not stopping with his questions until I hit his shoulder.

"Finally, I thought he would never stop talking about her. 'Her green eyes are so cute' 'I love how she smells' 'I want her to wear my jacket so I can take pictures with her in it'." Luka groaned as he repeated everything Hunter had said.
