SPRING TRAP POV:
I was carrying Y/N away from the phantoms. She/he looked too weak to fight them off this time, and I could see it in his/her fear when he/she was hiding her/his face in my chest. It's sort of cute. What? No. I can't fall for some mortal. I had wife and kids. I ruined that, and I'd definitely ruin her/him. I couldn't help but look down at her/him. Y/N was making me blush. She/he wouldn't stop putting her/his head into my chest and we were so close together. I can't be falling for Y/N. I want to kill her/him. What am I even doing? Why am I helping? I carried Y/N away into a safer room. I didn't even want to help. Maybe I just wanted to kill her/him? No. That's not what I wanted. I knew what I really wanted.

Y/N POV:
As you were in Spring traps arms you couldn't help but find him comforting. He was carrying you away from the scary and the thought of him protecting you made you, blush? You kept your eyes closed and your face away from Spring trap so he wouldn't see your red face. Maybe he deep down has a heart? He didn't seem so bad since he was carrying you away from harm. But you were still freaked out by the phantoms and you continued to clutch onto Spring trap as if your life would be taken away if you didn't.

After what felt like minutes had passed you finally found yourself in one of the backrooms. You opened your eyes and saw Spring trap looking down at you. He noticed you looking up at him and quickly looked away. He then walked with you in his arms into a corner and placed you down gently. For some reason you were sad that it was over? He's a scary bunny monster, why do I feel like this?

"Are you alright?"

You froze. You forgot the situation you had put in and you realized what just happened in the last 20 minutes.

"I don't know, those phantoms are really scary..." you said looking away from Spring trap.

"I told you to avoid them." He said glaring at you.

You then realized the conversation from yesterday. He said he wasn't going to help me anymore? So why did he?

You daringly asked, "so why did you help me? I thought you weren't going to."

It took him a couple of seconds before answering. He seemed unsure of what to say.

"I-" before he could answer you started to hear noises from outside the room.

He pulled you up from the floor and he moved you and him in a corner. Your back planting to his chest he put his hands over your mouth and his arms around you. He shushed you and was hiding you.

You continued to hear noises outside for a while. You two stayed in that same position for minutes, you wanted to speak up, but you knew it would be dangerous for the both of you to say anything.

Eventually, after what felt like hours, the noise went away and he took his hands away from you.

"What was that??"

"It must be some of the phantoms looking for you."

"Why do they want to find me so badly?" You asked upset.

"They're angry so they take their anger out on you."

"But why-" you were quickly interrupted by bell. It had hit 6 AM, and it was time for you to leave. Yet you felt like you couldn't move. A part of you did not want to leave. You stood two there staring at each other until he finally said something.

"It's 6 AM, you should leave." He said looking away from you.

You didn't answer. You kept staring at him, you really didn't want to leave, and you felt like a part of you couldn't leave him. He noticed your silence and looked back at you again.

"Y/N, why aren't you leaving?" He said very intrigued.

"I don't know...I don't think-I don't think I want to." Feeling ashamed of your response.

He looked back at you seemingly shocked by what you just said.

"Why?" Now peering down at you.

You still didn't know what to say, I can't just admit I don't want to leave his side. And I'm still really scared to be alone.

"I'm-I'm scared of being alone..." you looked down at the floor guilty of your honestly.

He placed his hand on your right shoulder and and with his other hand he moved your head so you were looking directly at him.

"You're safer home than here, you know that right?"

"Yeah but I feel the least scared around you!" You said bursting those words out of your mouth on accident. You covered your mouth and you were in disbelief of what you said.

"You're not scared of me?" He almost looked, happy.

"Well I was when you were trying to kill me, but I don't know, for some reason I'm not anymore." Your cheeks were blushing and you looked down so he wouldn't notice.

If Spring trap could smile he would have the brightest smile on right now. His eyes looked lit up and he pulled you in closer to him. He hugged you and wrapped his arms around you.

"I won't let the phantoms hurt you. Okay? Go home and rest. I'll see you tonight."  He was still holding onto you.

"You promise?" You looked up from the hug to see him glancing down at you.

"If they want to hurt you, they'll have to get through me first." He said in a cheerful tone.

You two both pulled away from the hug and before walking out you decided to say something.

"Thank you for everything Spring trap..." he didn't answer at first so you started walking out the door.

He said in a very low tone, almost a whisper, "I'll miss you."

You weren't sure if you heard him right.

"What?"

"Nothing, see you tonight darling." He said winking at you as you walked out, again.

You were sad to leave, but you couldn't help but feel happy about your new relationship with Spring trap, you two were finally getting along.
