FNaF Change Awakens (spring trap x reader)

Chapter 21

As you entered the pizzeria you couldn't help but think about Dave, it was a strange encounter. You were going to go on a date with a man you barely knew. Which then led you to think about Spring trap, in a way you felt guilty. I know he's just a robot, but what would he think of this? After all the time we spent together. You were unsure if you should tell him about Dave, but then again, Dave used to work at a Freddy location so it might be smart to bring up.

As you entered your office Spring trap was on your chair spinning around. It was nearly 12 AM, but yet he looked like he was having the time of his life in that chair, you couldn't help but laugh. He heard your laugh and immediately stopped.

"Didn't know a chair could be so entertaining." You giggled but Spring trap held his stare.

"Yeah, well, I was just bored." You saw right through his excuse and laughed even more. He had an angry look, but not the same one from when he hurt you, it was a more relaxing anger. A few seconds later Spring trap joined you in that laugh.

"Hey, Springy, what do you do when I leave this place anyway?" He gave you a blank stare before answering.

"I pretty much just go to the backrooms and sleep, get some maintenance done." You didn't think anything of it so you shrugged, but it seemed like Spring trap had more to say.

"What do you do when you leave this place, Y/N?" He answered back in flirty tone. You were deciding whether or not to tell him about Dave, eventually you figured you should tell him, just not go into detail about the conversation and date you and Dave were going to have.

"Sleep, mostly. But today I went to the bar, and it was strange. I ran into someone who used to work at Freddy's..." his eyes shot up from the floor and it seemed you had sparked his interest.

"Hm, I wonder if I know him?" It sounded more like a question so you gave him his name.

"His names Dave Miller, said he used to actually own the place!" You answered with excitement. Which seemed to make him happy.

"I don't think I've met him. Did you two talk about anything else..?" For some reason Spring trap seemed really interested in the conversation, but you didn't think anything of it.

"Well he talked about the night shift, and we talked about you, for a bit." You didn't want to bring up the part where he asked you on a date.

"What'd he say?" His eyes lit up even more.

"Just that he's surprised we get along because you usually don't with people." You chuckled but he looked back down at the floor.

"Anyways, I'm supposed to see him again tonight-" before you could finish Spring trap stared deep into your eyes, and he seemed rather happy?

"What, like a date?" He chuckled a bit, but he was seemingly nervous?

"Um, actually, yeah?" He stopped his chuckle and immediately gave you a smirk, his eyes were the brightest you've ever seen.

"How come?" Why do I need a reason? I mean the guy was pretty hot, but something about him drew me towards him.

"Well I mean, he was pretty cute, but I don't know something about him just like made it seem he was important for some reason." Spring trap looked a little flustered, but you couldn't figure out why, he still seemed nervous.

"Well, darling, it probably has to do with the fact that he ran the pizzeria, maybe he's still here." You never really thought about that. He did know about the animatronics here, after all. Maybe he already knew I worked here?

"Yeah that's possible, although don't you think I would've seen him here?" It looked as if Spring trap was trying to hold in a laugh, which only confused you more.

"Maybe you have." He said with a smirk.

"I guess-" you were interrupted by the 6 AM bell. You were surprised the phantoms hadn't attacked at all last night, but you were grateful. Maybe Spring trap told them I was good or something?

"You better get going, love. Wouldn't want you to be tired for that, date." There it was again, Spring trap was holding in a laugh, maybe he's hiding the fact that he knows Dave. You decided you would ask him more about it tomorrow.

"Yeah, you're right. See you later Springy!" You smiled and waved as you left the office.

"See you later, doll." Didn't Dave say something like that..?
