"I know right. I'm so close to failing Physics." Minjeong said while stuffing her mouth a spoonful of rice.

"If you're failing Physics, then I'm failing Math!" Chaeryeong closed her eyes in frustration.

The two friends in front of them eyed them weirdly.

"Don't look at us like that." Minjeong tsked. "Good to be you two since you guys are those brainy bestfriends who are adored by everyone."

"Oh puh-lease. I'm not even good at my studies. I don't even study." Ryujin spoke and ate a fry.

"You're born with it. So same thing." Chaeryeong sighed as Minjeong agreed.

The four of them are gathered at the cafeteria since its lunch. Most of the time they eat lunch together since they're classmates anyways and why not right?

They continued eating while talking about random things but mostly ranting about their terror teachers that doesn't do anything but give them tons of homework.

"Yeah I wonder why this classmate of ours is so quiet today." Minjeong said while all three girls stared at him and watch him eat his food slowly.

Beomgyu seems to still be unbothered. Like there is no one around him and calmly ate his food.

Minjeong and Chaeryeong looked at each other and shrugged.

Ryujin on the other hand, scrunched her eyebrows and nudged his arm.

The latter finally came back to his senses and glanced at his side.

"Are you okay?" Ryujin asked, worried on why he's acting that way.

He hummed in response. "Why?" He asked acting like everything was okay.

"You seem too quiet." Ryujin whispered and continued eating her lunch. She expected him to defend himself but to her surprise, he started eating his food again.

Weird...

"You sick?" She held her hand against his forehead.

"I'm not Ryu." He gently removed her hands. "I'm fine. Just finish your food. You don't want food to wait hm?" He replied.

Ryujin pouted unconsciously and did what he said.

"We are gonna what?!" Ryujin asked in shock while staring at her parents.

Guess what? Ryujin's parents told her something as soon as she arrived at their house after class. It was a 'surprise'. And as you can see, Ryujin was very surprised.

"Isn't that amazing?" Ryujin's mom said as she sank down the sofa. Her mom went to her and hugged her frozen state.

"You agreed to this?" She asked then looked at her dad. "You too, dad?"

"Well, of course. Since Baekjoon and Chaewon suggested the idea, me and your mom thought this through and we concluded that it can a good idea to prepare you twoㅡ when the right time comes, for your marriage." He explained and Ryujin is sitting there with her jaw on the floor.

"What's wrong, Ryujin? Beomgyu's gonna be your husband in the future and you love him. This can be the first step to strengthen your relationship more so that the chances of you two changing your minds over your engagement is impossible." Her mom fixed her hair.
