Within the Ring of Gluttony, Viviana often daydreamed of the world outside of the cave she lived in.

"Huh, I wonder what's it's like out there?"

Her family...didn't share her views.

Her cousins and older sisters often teased her as a dreamer with a death-wish.

"Seriously Viviana you're daydreaming about that again?"

"You wanna die out there, then be our guest weakling!"

"You can't even protect yourself with sorcery, how do you expect to survive out there?"

Her aunts tried to deter those fantasies by avoidance or distracting her with chores.

"We don't talk about that dearie. You wouldn't last out there anyway."

"Viviana you're so scatterbrained today finish those chores!"

Her mother scoffed. "Why in all of Hell would you want to go out there? There's nothing out there for you but nasty heat-burns and death by cannibals and sexual harassment."

Viviana remarked. "I don't even burst into flames from heat-burn, unlike dad."

"How would you—?"

Viviana rolled her eyes. "The ceiling tunnels that vents in the light from outside mom. And I know a little sorcery mom."

"Little isn't good enough darling. The rate that you're going with your training the Night-Sisters of Demonia Dreads Castle are still more powerful than you are."

Viviana huffed. "As always I'm still the disgrace of the family...why not just kick me out or send me off to that Demonia Dread and be done with it? I'm clearly not going to be a master sorceress like the rest of the family? I see how you all shun me, I'm not blind you know?" She looked over her shoulder at her sister's and cousins. "And my ears can hear just fine!"

She ended up walking straight into her father

She ended up walking straight into her father. She squeaked in surprise only to glower at her older sisters and cousins who were snickering and giggling like little girls over her nervous tick none of her family had besides her.
