Within Heaven...

Raphael's observant eyes notice how Raziel's watching over his two emotionally repressive siblings through the All Seeing Eye with an eerie silence about him.

A silence that's so uncanny from his normal chatty personality that it should be concerning...but it isn't.

Raphael's emerald eyes shift towards Uriel, who takes in this unusual silence from Raziel with an air of calmness about him. A calmness that only succeeds with enhancing the sudden tension in the room.

Raphael shifted his eyes back towards Raziel and spoke as his eyes glowed gold.

"Your mind is wandering rapidly little brother. You worry for them is valid, but they have made much progress in their emotional growth and those who earned their trust have now seen for themselves the necessity of upholding the secrets Azrael carries upon his heart."

"That's not who I'm thinking about Raphael..."

Raphael tensed over the sharp reminder and the look in Uriel's eyes when he opened them. The painful understanding in his crystal blue eyes was enough to make anyone feel the urge to weep.

"You're referring to what he said about Acheron..."

"Yes. It was risky and Little Hana clearly suspects there's more to them than meets the eye already. To divulge so much and yet explain so little about the situation at hand...and to children no less...I honestly don't know wether to be proud of him and Michael, or furious with Micah for allowing him to divulge in Raguel's insecurities. Knowledge is knowledge and in the hands of someone like Fink, I have a reason to be cautious on our brother's behalf. Azrael may trust Fink to stay silent for now but Kalfu is a opportunistic sadist. It was foolishly risky of them, but, understandable. Azrael despises the Exterminations as much as Charlie if he can plant even a kernel of truth into the minds of the youth of these Hellborn children about then...in such a way that it instills trust instead of fear when the time inevitably comes for war to be raged, then who am I to hinder that desire. Azrael's always had a soft spot for children."

Uriel smiled softly at his little brother and stood up as God took over for the time being. "𝓡𝓪𝓰𝓾𝓮𝓵'𝓼 𝓽𝓻𝓪𝓲𝓷𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓲𝓷 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓟𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓪𝓻𝓼 𝓸𝓯 𝓢𝓽𝓸𝓷𝓮. 𝓗𝓮 𝓱𝓪𝓼 𝓪𝓵𝓵 𝓸𝓯 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓽𝓻𝓪𝓲𝓷𝓮𝓮𝓼 𝓲𝓷 𝓪𝓽𝓽𝓮𝓷𝓭𝓪𝓷𝓬𝓮..." he paused and whispered softly. "𝓗𝓮 𝓱𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓭 𝔀𝓱𝓪𝓽 𝓐𝔃𝓻𝓪𝓮𝓵 𝓼𝓪𝓲𝓭."

Uriel halted in his footsteps and inhaled a sharp gasp before he turned his head towards his Father with a pained gaze.

"U-Understood Father, I'll observe to make sure his emotional state isn't compromised."

"𝓘 𝓴𝓷𝓸𝔀 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝔀𝓲𝓵𝓵 𝓼𝓸𝓷." God sighed. "𝓘 𝓭𝓸 𝓱𝓸𝓹𝓮 𝓱𝓮 𝓭𝓸𝓮𝓼𝓷'𝓽 𝓻𝓮𝓰𝓻𝓮𝓼𝓼 𝓸𝓿𝓮𝓻 𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓼. 𝓘 𝓯𝓮𝓪𝓻 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝓱𝓸𝔀 𝓐𝔃𝓻𝓪𝓮𝓵 𝔀𝓲𝓵𝓵 𝓽𝓪𝓴𝓮 𝓲𝓽 𝓲𝓯 𝓱𝓮 𝓭𝓸𝓮𝓼."

Uriel closed his eyes over the memories.

"As do I Father."

Raphael and Raziel watched Uriel leave with the silent grace of a regal prince in his every footstep before nodding towards their Father and heading back to their own duties within Heaven or Creation. They would leave Uriel to handle Raguel.

Uriel's arrival at the Pillars of Stone was a silent one. He didn't wish to make his presence known to their trainees, but he knew Raguel felt his presence.
