I'll keep you safe: by Sleeping At Last
——————————————————————

Azrael was standing on the tip of the steeple on the tower of the run down building that's to become the Happy Hotel...

He's underneath his invisibility cloak and listens to Charlie crying alone on the balcony. Vaggie's out cold from dealing with the emotional exhaustion caused by her girlfriends idiot father.

Azrael knows Vagatha won't wake up and as much as he wants to wake the demoness to comfort his niece he knows that Vagatha needs sleep. Besides it gives him the chance to shine.

He enchants his invisibility cloak to hover over him. Leaving just enough space to move freely without the cloak hindering his movements as he readies himself to play the violin. He also summons the baby grand piano from the ballroom up to the roof and enchants it to play along to the song. He's always been a sucker for playing up the grandeur of mystery performances.

Charlie immediately heard the song. All of Hell could hear it because he wants them to hear it!

He lifts his voice and sings. He knows his voice will carry throughout Hell into the other Rings and if he's being brutally honest with himself, he doesn't care what anyone else will think of this song. The message behind it is something he knows Charlie will understand.

Well—he hopes she'll understand it...

Charlie hears the song picking up and then she hears the gentle melodious voice and she smiles over the message within the lyrics of the song. She doesn't believe it's meant for her, but she does draw strength from the lyrics.

I'll keep you safe.
Try hard to concentrate.
Hold out your hand,
Can you feel the weight of it?
The whole world at your fingertips-
Don't be, don't be afraid.
