"What's on your mind?" San suddenly asked.

Wooyoung stayed quiet for a moment.

"I don't know what you look like..."

The statement was very surprising to San.

He never thought about it, and he never thought the other cares enough.

Maybe it was out of curiosity.

He told himself with no other explanation.

But it wasn't that.

It never crossed his mind that Wooyoung maybe, just maybe, was also hopeful that it is him who San loves.

That he is actually his deceased boyfriend.

That maybe if he had the chance to see his face, he would remember everything.

It wasn't fair that he lost both sight and memory at the same time.

There was no way for him to ever catch a familiar sight or person that would magically bring back some memories.

Wooyoung never showed it.

But he's been recently wondering a lot if he was the real Wooyoung.

There was no way to prove to himself that he isn't.

"Do you want me to describe myself to you?"
San suggested, not knowing any better.

"No one can describe themselves accurately..."
Wooyoung hummed. "I can...rely on my senses..." he hesitantly suggested.

"You mean touch my face and figure it out?"

"It sounds stupid I know...but it's how I learned to make a picture of whatever I'm touching."

"It's not stupid...you can touch my face."

Wooyoung bit his lip, his hand shaking as he lifted it up.

A part of him excited and the other scared.

What if it unlocked a memory?

And what if it didn't?

Both questions had answers that scared him.

The first thing he felt was a well moisturized skin.

His fingers made their way around San's cheeks.

High cheekbones.

Sharp jawline.

Pulmp lips...slightly parted.

He didn't know that they were because San was staring back into his still eyes.

He got lost in them even when they never had an emotion in them.

The gentle touches made him in a daze too.

The urge to kiss him was strong.

But he had to remind himself that he isn't his boyfriend.

But strangely, even then he still wanted to kiss him.

Was he falling for this person regardless of who he thought he originally was?

Maybe.

But that's wrong.

Was the first thought that came to his mind.

Why is it wrong?

Wooyoung sighed when he finished inspecting San's features.

He learned that San was a very handsome man, but it clicked nothing in his memory.

Maybe he had high hopes of finding his identity.

Or at least finding out that San was ugly so he doesn't catch further feelings for him and has and excuse for himself to leave.

He got absolutely no answer.

Or at least no solution.

Just as Wooyoung was deep in his thoughts, he felt that plump pair of lips crash against his.

He gasped at first, wanting to push away.

But before he could move, his body melted and his blind eyes closed...

maybe it was muscle memory...

The kiss lasted a long moment.

Neither of them resisting or wanting to be rational enough to stop.

Their lips worked perfectly and effortlessly together.

Like a dance duo that had been working together for years and know by heart the other's next move.

The only thing that brought them back to reality was San's phone ringing.

It made the shorter male jump away and cover his mouth with his hand.

Without thinking, San picked up the phone. "Hello?"

Yunho on the other line heard him panting. "Hey...are you okay?"

"Y-yes yes, I'm fine...what's up?"

Yunho hummed. "I couldn't sleep...I'm really sorry about earlier..."

San sighed, running his fingers through his hair. "Why are you apologizing Yunho, you didn't do anything wrong."

"I was wrong for coming over in the first place, I should have called first."

"You're being silly now, you never have to call before visiting me."

"I'm also a little hurt about how your guest treated me..."

"I know, I'm sorry about that..." San glanced at Wooyoung.

He seemed still lost in thought.

He thought it was because he was angry at the kiss.

But the truth was, Wooyoung had a completely different train of thoughts.

He thought about how easy it would be to tell San that the kiss brought back memories to him.

That his facial features seemed familiar.

He could so easily trick him into actually believing it was him.

It would be a whole new life for him.

He would have an identity, a home and a loving boyfriend just like that.

And San wouldn't doubt it because of how desperate he is.

He wouldn't even care if Wooyoung couldn't remember their life together before the accident, he would still be happy to have Wooyoung at least remember him.

It wouldn't make him selfish because no one will get hurt.

It sounded like a perfect plan.

He was so tempted.

"Alright, bye." San hung up and put the phone aside.

He watched the other gulp.

Then open his mouth to speak.
