I paused the show and just looked at josh. He smiled "what?" "I have to ask you something, and please be honest with me." "What is it?" "Do you still self harm? Like have you burned yourself since you got out?" "I'm asking because I saw some new burns on your arm earlier." "I mean I have. Last time I did it was like 3 days ago. I don't know it just helps me cope in a way? Like it makes me feel better. I know I shouldn't do it I know I should talk about it in group but it's hard to tell people you know?" "Maybe you should try. Im sure they've all been through the same thing." "I have an idea. What about next time you go to group which is tomorrow, Ill go with you. I'll help you at least try." He just smiled. "I mean if you want to. It's kinda boring we all end up just feeling worse." "Don't worry. I can handle it." Next morning I heard Michelle banging on joshs door. "Josh wake up!!
