Chapter 5

Irene's POV :
I shouldn't have said that!! Dang it!! Now I dont know where she is.
I dont know how to tell this to her kuyas . Im facing back and fort in our room here in Manang Imee's house.
"Hon , Luis is calling." Greggy said . I heave a sigh and sat next to him.
"Answer it." I said that Greggy obliged.
"Hello Dad ! Oh , Hi mom ! How are guys doing ?" Luis asked . I try my best not to choke with my own tears .
"We're fine naman anak , kayo kamusta kayo dyan ?" Greggy ask.
"Actually Andy and Kuya are here right now !" Luis said at pinakita naman nito sa monitor ang mag ama na kumakaway . I wave back .
"And guess what ? We're coming home for Christmas!!!" He said na ikinabahala ko I look at Greggy na nakatingin rin sakin . I cleared my throat .
"That's great anak ! Kailan ang flight nyo?" I asked .
"Matagal tagal pa naman po
actually magbo book palang kami ma pero baka mga last week po ng november." He said .
"Ok thats great . Its late na dyan ahh sige na take some rest . Love you all !" I said .
"Ok ma! Love you both ! Send my regards to Irene liit , bye!"He said.
"Bye." Greggy said and hang out .

I massage my temple and started breathing heavily."what are we going to do ?" I ask Greggy hug me and that's when I broke down .
"We'll gonna find her I promise you." He said I cried and cried until I fell asleep.

Greggy's POV:
I lay Irene on our bed and take her shoes off . I lay by her side and massage her hair my tears fell down one by one . I have to be strong for our family but its hard . I took a week off from work atleast within a week mahanap namin sya dahil kung hindi , di ko na alam . I heard knocking , I wiped off my tears before answering.
"Come in ." I said .
"Is she ok ? I heard her ." Bonget ask na pumasok kasama si Manang Imee. Umiling ako .
"Uuwi sila Luis for the holidays last week this november ." I said.
"Pano na yan ! Inutusan na namin ang mga securities namin and tumulong narin sila Dawn sa pag hahanap . Di pa nila pinapaalam sa mga bata ." Manang said .
"Nag utos narin ako sa mga IT's ng kompanya para i track yung phone nya . Pero wala ehh she turned off the location ng phone nya." I said."I just found out how smart and good she is at hiding . Di ko tinanggal ang pera nya sa card nya incase she need it ." I added ."We have almost two months to find her . Patay tayo sa mga kuya nya kung nagkataon na makauwi na sila ng bansa at wala dito si Elle ." Manang Imee said .
"Are we really sure na di dapat malaman ng media to ?" Bongbong asked.
"Mas lalong gugulo kung ganon ang mangyayari." I said .
"How about her school have you contacted it baka nandun siya!" Manang Imee said bigla akong nabuhayan ako ng loob. Agad kong tinawagan ang principal ng school.
"Hello Mrs. Santos this is Mr. Araneta , I would like to ask if Ms. Araneta is present today in class?." I said.
"Oh Mr. Araneta no she is not present for today but she already got her papers and transcripts for her new school." She said that left me shock.
"What school did she transfer ?" I ask. "Im not sure Mr. Araneta she told me na sya na daw ang bahala sa pag transfer sa kanya into another school." She said.
"Ok glad to here that Mrs. Santos thank you." I said at binaba ang phone .
"Ano daw balita ?" Manang Imee asked I sat on the bed at umiling.
"Nakuha na ni Elle ang mga papers and transcripts nya kaninang umaga." I said.
"Ay Apo ! Masyadong matalino itong anak nyo !" Sabi ni Manang Imee . "We just have to wait na mag withdraw sya sa bank account nya that's when we can find her location . Nag nonotify naman ang bangko sayo pag kumukuha ng pera si Elle di ba ?" Bongbong asked . I nod . "But We cannot just wait for her to withdraw her money!" I said. Napahilamos nalang ako ng mukha because of frustration.
"We are all doing our best Greggy nag utos na rin ako sa mga private investigators ko . We just have to trust them." Bongbong said and tap my shoulder.
"Maiwan muna namin kayong mag asawa . Nag utos narin ako sa mga helpers nyo na mag dala ng damit dito . Mas mabuting dito muna kayo mag stay while the investigation is ongoing. Bonget tara na , mag pahinga muna kayo tatawagin ko nalang kayo pag dinner na ." Manang said and they both leave the room . I look at Irene who's sleeping . I lay beside her and pull her closer to me. She crumpled like a child and put her face closer to my neck . I observed her breathing until I fell asleep.
