Chapter 9

Elle's POV:
November 12 20** . Its Mama Imee's birthday and Im sure they are all busy Im right here inside Nic's car outside Mama Imee's house . Nicole couldnt come today because she has school and its their examination today . Maraming nag lalabas masok na mga helpers at securities kaya hindi pa ako makahanap ng tiempo . When I once made sure na wala ng dadaan ay saka ko kinuha ang mga regalo at saka bumaba ng sasakyan . Maingat akong pumunta papalapit sa gate , nang makarating ay agad kong nilapag ang regalo ko sa harap ng gate . I took a deep breathe before I rang the doorbell so many times and run as fast as I could at ng makahanap ako ng pag tataguan ay sumuot ako doon at sumilip sa gilid. Nakita ko na hawak hawak na ni manong guard ang regalo ko at mukhang hinahanap kung saan ito nanggaling pero pumasok na rin ito pag katapos mag masid . I walk to the car and immediately drove away . Sana magustuhan nya mga binili ko para sa kanya .

Imee's POV :
We are all busy arranging and preparing the things that we need for my birthday until manong guard came in holding gifts.
"Maam may nag iwan po sa labas." He said that caught all of our attention . "Di mo alam kung kanino nanggaling ?" I asked at umiling ito . I took the gift and thank him ."Thank you manong!" I said and sat on the sofa . Lahat naman ay nag lapitan para makiusisa . "Ang aga naman mag bigay ng regalo ng manliligaw mo ma !" Pang aasar ni Borgy ."Gaga! I dont have manliligaw !" I said and inspect the box. "Kanino kaya yan galing ano ?" Irene asked me at nag kibit balikat nalang ako dahil hindi ko talaga alam kung sino . I take out the gift and its my fav. shoes . "Naks manang kilala ka nung nag bigay ." Bonget said . I opened the other gift and its full of different shades of lipsticks . "Ay pak ! Pati lipstick meron !" Cara said . There's two small envelopes inside and I took it out. "Ay may pa cash . Iba !" Matthew said then laugh . "Baliw its a letter for me and the Fam so maybe its all of us." I said . I read my letter first before the fam's .

Dear Mama Imee ,
       Happy birthday mama ! Im sorry if Im not there to celebrate your birthday with you but I hope you like the gifts . I love and miss you already. Wait for me ok ?

"Galing kay Elle ?!!!" Sigaw ni Sandro
"Ay ohh may pa comeback ang bebegurl natin . I miss her already and also Mia ." Cara said .
"Wow , kaya naman pala alam ang favorite ni mama ehh kay Elle pala galing." Sabi ni Mike .
"What are you waiting for ? Open the letter for the all of us ano si mama lang meron ?" Borgy said I look at Irene na tulala sa isang gilid ramdam ko ang tampo niya .
"I'll let her mom read it . Irene oh basahin mo . Out loud ahh." I said , she look at me first , I smiled at her and gave the letter. She took it and read it. Suss pabebe pa tong si Ading.

Dear Fam ,
      First of all I wanna say I miss all of you guys so bad !! Alam nyo naman masyado akong maarte mana kay Mama hahaha but yahh . I'll comeback soon . Ang hirap palang kumain ng mag isa yung kahit anong kinakain mo ang hirap lunukin. If you ask Im fine a friend has been helping since the day I left . I know there's a lot of things to explain but I cannot explain all of it here sa letter but I promise you ,I'll be more open with my problems and what I learned about walking away is that it cannot totally heal you but it will be sort of a bandage and I knew that the only thing that could heal you is the one or the person you run away from . I learned to be more self reliant and I know you cannot learn independence in just a short period.
Living alone is thrilling and exciting at the same time . I learned how to take care of the whole household and more responsible of it my friend taught me how to pay my bills and I learned how to budget my money and about my school , Im now homeschooled I'll just finish this school year then I would go back to regular school again and I also learned time management and I got to improve my cooking skills , All thanks to Mama meldy she taught me how to cook the basics . Well I'll give my parents a clue . Im not too far away from you . If you tried finding me in Bulacan because I withdrawn my money there well , Im not naive and never forget that the bank notifies dad whenever I withdraw some money . Haha ! Shame on you. Im good at playing hide and seek remember ? . Oh and also I heard that Kambal is progressing . Thats great . Well you ask how I found out ? Well I have connections. Dad I can use your line already and btw I expect a mountain of unorganized files in your office once I got back and I dont know if my kuyas already know that Im not with you but if they come home for the holidays at hinanap nila ako sa inyo at wala ako. Kayo na bahala mag explain . Charott. Kuyas if you're reading this Im safe I'll be back soon . See you when I see you fam ! Look after kambal for me cousins , I love you guys !

" Ohh , We miss you too Irene liit."Simon said and pout .
"Tita Irene bat naiyak ?" Sandro ask
"Kailan sya babalik ?" Irene said having a hard time composing herself.
"Soon nga daw Tita !" Borgy said.
"Miss mo na noh ?" I asked and she nod.
"I thought kaya ko ng wala sya sa bahay ng isang gabi hindi pala . I didn't get any good sleep since nag overnight sya kasama nila Tita Dawn nya sa Laguna." She said at sinandal ang ulo nya kay Greggy.
"Babalik din yun Hon ." Greggy said and kiss her on the forehead . Grabe naman tong mga toh walang pasintabi sa single 😩.
"Yun oh ! Ang lakas mo Greggy !" Bonget said that made us all laugh.
"Pag malungkot naman si Liza di ako maka points ng ganyan." Bonget said that made us all laugh.
"Tumigil ka nga Bongbong !" Liza said at hinampas si Bonget nang bigla namang pumalakpak si Sandro.
"Ok guys let's all get back to work marami pa tayong gagawin !" He said at nag tayuan na kami at nag punta na sa kanya kanya naming trabaho .

Yan , dahil malakas kayo kay author nag puyat ako para sa inyo . Happy Independence day sa ating mga walang ka date today . Well anyways dun sa mga nag babasa nito na may jowa wala akong pakialam .
