Elle's POV: It's Christmas day and Im planning to come back tonight . I texted Ayisha the day before yesterday and she said that my family will be celebrating Christmas in Ilocos Norte sa ancestral house ni Mama meldy and lolo Ferdi which means I have to go through a lot of highways and boundaries. I hope I dont get caught . I packed to pairs of outfits , Pjs, extra shoes , and basic needs . I prepared some sandwiches , chips and bottles of water . When I have to use the bathroom I'll stop nalang sa may gasoline station . Im leaving at 1pm sharp cause atleast I can arrive there before dinner . Sana naman ay hindi traffic but I know its impossible because its Christmas day and there's a lot of people outside . I check the car If its full tank and also the gifts that I bought for the Fam and my personal necessities and my gadgets , nakalagay na ang mga ito sa likod ng kotse . I made sure na naka turn off ang gas , and yung switch ng kuryente pati narin ang mga locks ng bahay . When I felt secured pinaandar ko na ang kotse at tumuloy na sa biyahe . Alam ko naman na kung saan ang daan papuntang Ilocos kaya hindi na ako maliligaw . Nandito palang ako sa Edsa grabe na traffic . Nang malabas na ako ng NCR ay gumaan naman na ang biyahe . I turned on the radio and started jamming with the song 'All I want for Christmas is You' , I eat some sandwich while driving . Mahirap na baka mag hallucination na ako dahil sa gutom . Ngayon ko lang naramdaman ang pagod ng pagiging driver . Ang init na ng upuan ko . Ive been driving for almost 4 hours now that's why I took a stop over on a gasoline station to urinate. I fixed my hair and put on my shades and start driving again .
I arrived exactly 6:45 pm . Wow di ako nahuli . Nandito ako a few blocks away from our house and I move to the back seat and change my clothes . High ceiling naman ang kotse kaya pwede akong tumayo . I put on my outfit and my boots .

After I put on my clothes I put on some light make up and fix my hair a little bit . I drove the car nearer to our house and got out to get my gifts and walk through the front of the gate . I took a deep breath and had a hard time ringing the door because I've got a lot of gifts in my hands . Manong opened the gate and I told him to be quiet , He ask me if I need help but I declined it , every time someone sees me wether its our helpers I told them to keep quiet . They said that the fam is in the dining area that's why I walk quietly . I took a peak and they are complete well except from me and kambal . I breathe shakily , This is it . I walk a little more and stood at the entrance . "Am I late for dinner ?" I asked and all of them look at me like Im a ghost and then after a second went wild.
