Kamryn's Pov

After I left the locker room I was happy, I decided not to show that though. The smile on Jordyn's face was beyond describable.

I didn't think they could they any happier, but I was wrong.

I will say though, Jordyn has moves and junk in her hood—and trunk—

While leaving the locker room, I ran into Anaya. She had just hugged her girl, Summer goodbye since she was going out with her friends.

"Who got you all cheeky?"

Anaya abruptly asked me; that's when I realized I was smiling hard as hell.

"Um–Jordyn's taking you out??"

She cut me off happily.

"Ooh girl, I'm inviting everyone to go shopping, we're going to hook you up."

Damn, this girl won't let me say anything.

While we were walking she was talking on the phone with Roman, Robyn, and Kris. My phone didn't get a notification, so how many group chats do they have without me?

Sneaky hoes.

When we exited the school I peeped Jordyn walking to her car with Victoria and Evangeline. I low-key wanted to ride with them because I'd rather take a long ride than go shopping.

Since I took the bus, I rode in Anaya's car. We made a few stops for the rest of the group; Roman, Kris, and Robyn.

"Finally! The first date, I've been manifesting this day."

Kris exclaimed, everyone, knows he wanted this to happen sooner than later.

"For real, 'bout time it's happening."

Roman added while rolling his eyes.

They continued the conversation while I was finding music on Anaya's phone. Since her phone was connected to the car already. I played Doja Cat's 'Hot Pink' album.

We all sang along, Doja is the bomb hands down.

We continued singing the song until it was over. Then 'Feels' by Kehlani came on.

"You give me feeeels!"

Anaya and I sang out.

We continued to sing until we reached the mall. Robyn insisted we shop for shoes first, but then realized a few things.

"Hold on girl, where are y'all going on y'all date?"

She asked, which made Anaya add:

"Like how are we dressing? Formal or what?"

I honestly didn't know, so I texted Jordyn and asked them. They replied by saying dress formal. What threw me off was when they said "I guess."

Like, am I dressing formally or what??

Robyn was already looking at the text they sent, so she gave off the same reaction. We all looked at the message confused and decided I dress sexy-formal.

We went shopping for dresses and Kris was the first to object.

"HOLD ON!"

He said a little too loudly.

"I totally fuckin' forgot. I have a dress for you, it was made exactly for this occasion. Actually prom, but this is more important."

The moment Kris said this, Roman went wide-eyed.

"Oh my gosh, that's what that bullshit was for? It was enjoyable, but it was for her. Oh my, this is going to be fun!"

Roman, Robyn, and Kris sang the last part out.

Anaya and I were confused to the third power, or at least that's what it seemed like.

Robyn then whispered in Anaya's ear which made her redirect us out of the mall.

"Girl, they've been waiting on this day forever."

She said while leading me back towards the car. This time Kris was in the driver's seat. Xe started the car and drove straight to their house. When xe pulled up I marveled at the sight.

Damn, they house big.

Kris and Roman led us towards the gate and did a few things which made it open. Kris led us towards the big doors and opened them.

"Let's get this road on the show!"
