Jordyn's Pov
"—he's harassing me, and I've told him multiple times to just leave me the hell alone, but he won't. Like he refuses to. I didn't even like him when we were dating because I was sure that I wasn't attracted to men. Let alone his ugly a‐"
Obviously, someone was holding a lot in because she was going in on everything. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't surprised; simply because Kamryn doesn't tell me anything.
"Then, you keep adding, I guess, to the end of every yes or no answer, and it's aggravating. Like I don't know if you're playing or being dead serious with me."
She just went on about her issues and problems with me and her ex-boyfriend. I wasn't mad, but I was going to give Brian, her ex, a piece of my mind.
I wasn't going to show that though, because Kam would stop me.
"And I guess my last issue, is that I'm suspended; I have no regrets, but I know I'm going to get my ass beat—you can speak now."
I was still eating Kamryn's leftover pizza crust, but I honestly was invested in her issues. I may still be shaken by Olivia's eye—I mean she got messed all the way up.
"Well don't worry about Brian, he's not an issue anymore—Jordyn no."
I don't get why she cut me off so fast, I couldn't even finish my sentence.
"What? I didn't even say anything—yet."
I mumbled the last part, but Kamryn was eyeing the hell out of me.
"Jordyn I'm serious."
She cautioned me, but I just grinned.
"Okay, but why are you mad about me saying, I guess."
The moment that question left my mouth, Kamryn was exacerbated.
"Really—it could be a simple yes or no question, and here you go answering with—I guess."
She taunted me with an obvious attitude.
"Okay, fine, I guess I'll stop."
I said while taking another bite of her pizza crust—this stuff is low-key good.
"Jay, what the fuck."
She dragged out while getting off of my lap, I grabbed her before she could get up.
"My bad, it's a habit."
I notified her, this time without smiling.
"Whatever."
She said while sitting beside me.
"I'll be right back."
I walked out of the room, and strolled down the stairs. I walked outside and got in my car. I didn't turn it on because I was only here to make a call.
"Hey, I need a favor."
I said to Chandler on the other line.
"Anything."
He responded.
"So you know about Brian, on the football team—I got you."
He cut me off, already knowing what I was going to say.
"I'll call you when it's done."
He added and hung up the phone.
Now, as I said before, Chandler and I, have been friends for the longest. His father, his family, are bad people.
I'm talking hitmen, bodyguards; the whole package. His mother is the CEO of a very fortunate company, his dad's job is confidential, and Chandler's job is as a bodyguard.
Well, to my knowledge.
I got out of my car after Chandler hung up the phone. I walked back towards my house, and walked to the kitchen.
I grabbed a plum and a water bottle before walking upstairs to my room.
Kamryn was watching a show, so I sat beside her and laid on her comfortably. She didn't move, which surprised me, but she did look at me.
I didn't say anything because she was visibly annoyed, I knew she wouldn't have admitted that though.
