CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE: Joshua's Little Secrets

---Jisoo's POV---

"It's okay, Y/n. Everything's going to be okay.", I whispered to her after I pulled her into a hug.

She must be feeling so guilty right now. I know it, because she doesn't look like herself.

I looked at my boyfriend's eyes to see if he knows my intention for hugging her. Nakakatakot pa naman magselos yang si Jeonghan. 

Pareho kami ng ugali eh. He just gave me a small nod and mouthed, "I trust you."

I smiled at him as a response. He's really my beautiful angel.

"I know, oppa.", I heard Y/n whispered to me.

Halata sa boses niya na nasasaktan siya ngayon. Yung tapang-tapangang mukha niya kanina, I just know that she's pretending to be tough, pero sa loob-loob niya...

I know she's still a human, a woman.

I don't know kung anong pumasok sa utak ko with what I'm about to do. Pero I just know na kapag ang isang matapang na tao, nagmamahal at natatakot, kaya nilang gumawa ng pinatangang desisyon in the spur of the moment.

Ewan ko ba, nawawala kasi ang logic ng tao kapag nagmamahal eh.

I carefully placed the body cam and listening bug sa damit nya. Mukha lang naman silang butones kaya there's a high possibility na walang makakapansin sa mga yun.

Then, bumitaw ako sa pagkakayap sa kanya and sprinted to where Jeonghan is standing. I reached for his hand and kissed his cheek.

"Done?", he asked me with his beautiful smile on his face.

I returned the smile. "Yes, babe. Thank you."

Right after umalis ni Y/n, my eyes landed on Seungcheol who looks like he's going to kill me anytime.

Natawa na lang ako sa itsura niya kasi mukhang he looks stupid while shooting a sharp gaze at me. Mukha siyang batang nagtatampo dahil di nabilhan ng candy.

"Bro, don't be mad at me. I will tell you later kung bakit ko niyakap si Y/n kanina.", I whispered to him, to let him know that I won't ever think of robbing his girl.

"Hello? Ms. Bethie?", I greeted nang sagutin ng secretary ni Y/n ang tawag ko. "Where's the mini bus? Is it on the way?"

"Yes, Mr. Hong. It's three minutes away now."

"We will drive it on our own. Pakisabi sa driver iwan na lang sa garage yung bus. We can't afford to trust anyone now. Just send us the address and we will be there right away."

"But according to Ms. Y/n's instructions, you can't---"
