To say Eren still hadn't been acting weird would be a complete lie.
Because he still wasn't acting like his usual self and because of that it left you will long sleepless nights.
You couldn't help but overthink it. Was it you? Did you do something that made him feel a certain way? Was it his grandparents?
What was making him so down and low on certain days and it only worried you more when he'd hide it from you the minute you asked if there was anything bothering him, he'd always give you the same fake smile and a kiss on the head with words of reassurance.
'Yes pretty, I'm okay.'
It was always the same sentence if he felt like it and you simply just hoped that this date would make him feel the slightest bit better and possibly tell you what was on his mind so much. You just wanted to be able to see him high in his spirits once again.
You decided to meet each other at the location you sent him instead of him picking you up. The less you saw each other the better anticipation and the better your surprise would be.
As you twirl in front of your mirror, Sasha and Mikasa are on the other side of line FaceTime call hyping you up. "Babe you look amazing," The two girls chime brightly from the device.
"Thank you girlfriends!" You clap while blowing kisses at your screen.

The giggling and teasing eventually stops when it's finally time for you to leave, you wave off your two friends and grab any essentials that you would need.
You had already booked an Uber before hand to your destination so you could arrive before Eren. You also purposely gave him a different time to arrive compared to the time that you'd be there just so you can get prepared to give him everything beforehand.
You can't help but feel nervous, the excitement of dates with Eren felt so different and although you saw him almost every other day and even though you're always so intimate with eachother, the anticipation of getting ready for eachother specially made your stomach turn.
