When you go guys go downstairs you head to the kitchen to get another drink. A random person says happy birthday and you say thank you. After pouring yourself a drink you go look for Casey. You find her sitting on the couch.
You: You were in on all this??
Casey: Yeah
You laugh a little
You: Not gonna lie you're good at keeping secrets, i feel like i should be concerned
Casey smiles
Casey: I just wanted to make your birthday special
You: It's very special, thank you so much
Casey: Of course
You smile and give her a hug before finishing the rest of your drink.
You: Wanna go play beer pong in the garage?
Casey: Yeah
She follows you into the garage and you ask to join the game of cup pong. After playing for about 30 minutes you and Casey go back inside.
You: Do you think i should give a speech? I feel like i should give a speech. I think i'm gonna give a speech
Casey: You're so drunk
You: It's a partyyy why wouldn't i be, and why aren't you
Casey: I have to drive home
You: Oh yeahhhh, well i'm gonna go give a speechhh
Casey: Oh god
You climb onto the living room table trying not to fall over.
You: EVERYONE!!
The DJ lowers the music and people begin to turn and face you
You: I just wanted to sayyyy thank you for coming to my partyyyy and i wanted to thank my bestieee Casey, she's the short little blonde girl in the back
Kobe: AND SHES TAKEN!!!
You: And I wanted to thank my boyfriendddd Sora and not only is he the hottest playerrr on the team, his dick game is also ten out of tennn
The crowd exclaims and laughs
Sora: Alright that's enough
He lowers you off the table.
Sora: You're so drunk
You: Duh because it's my birthdayyyy, when the fuck do i get to eat my cake
Sora: I mean whenever you want, it's your cake
You walk over to the table where the cake is displayed and dig out a chunk with your hand. You also take a slice of pizza out one of the boxes then go sit down on the couch. Sora shakes his head and roll his eyes. You eat the cake and pizza and somehow eventually fall asleep. When you wake up your head is pounding and it seems as if the party is over. You sit up and look around. Only Casey and Kobe are still here, they're helping Sora clean up the house. You stand up and walk over to them, feeling very off balance. You pour yourself some water and then rummage through the cabinets for ibuprofen.
Sora: Your headache is gonna be 10 times worse in the morning
You: How exciting
You swallow back the pills then exit the kitchen
You: I'm going to bed
Sora: Night
You give him a peace sign on your way up the stairs. When you get into bed you immediately fall back asleep.
*A FEW WEEKS LATER*
It's been a few weeks since your birthday party. It's a monday which you dread but this particular monday morning feels worse. You feel sick to your stomach, like you could vomit. You sit up and immediately run to the bathroom. You lean over the toilet and throw up. You cough a little then throw up again. You wipe your mouth and stay beside the toilet just in case there's anything else to come out. Once you feel like you're done vomiting you brush your teeth and get ready for the day. When you and Sora are both ready you head to school. When you arrive the first thing you do is find Casey. When you see her, you speed walk over to her.
Casey: Hey
You: Hi
Casey: Why do you look sick?
You: I think i'm pregnant
Casey: What???
You: I was vomiting this morning and i'm a week late
Casey: Okay...well have you talked to Sora?
You: No
Casey: Why not
You: I don't know if I should
Casey: What do you even mean?
You: I've already gotten pregnant before, what if he doesn't wanna deal with this shit again
Casey: Oh please, if he didn't wanna "deal with this shit" he wouldn't be having sex with you, with no protection and what do you mean you've already gotten pregnant before
You: I did, i got an abortion tho because i wasn't ready but maybe i wanna keep the baby this time...
Casey: You shouldn't worry so much until you take a test and find out if you're ACTUALLY pregnant
You: Yeah...you're right
