Chapter 47

It's New Year's Eve. You and Sora are getting ready for a party that one of his friends from football is throwing. You decide to wear a sparkly black mini dress.
You: I feel like this dress makes me look fat
Sora: Why would you say that
You: Because that's what i'm thinking
Sora: Well you're thinking wrong, your body is beautiful

Sora: You don't get to talk down on the mother of my child
You smile a little bit and he rubs your cheek with his thumb.
Sora: You look gorgeous, stop trying to convince yourself otherwise

Sora: Of course...now are you ready to go.
You: Yes
You both go to the car to head to party. It's about 9pm right now. When you guys arrive there are a lot of people there, so you guys park a little up the street and walk to the house which is pretty nice. Sora holds your hand and knocks on the door. It opens and you guys are greeted by a guy who's obviously drunk. The house smells like vomit, alcohol, weed, and sweat.

Sora: It's gonna be okay, just try to have a little fun, Casey might be here

You: Parties aren't fun when you can't drink

You find yourself an empty space on the couch and kick your feet up on the coffee table. Sora sits down beside you.
You: Can you get me water?
Sora: Seriously?
You: I'm nauseous babe please

He gets up from the couch and goes toward the kitchen. While he's gone Casey comes over to you
Casey: Thank fucking god you're here, I wouldn't survive without you

Casey: Wanna go upstairs? It's less loud

You follow Casey up the stairs and into a room
Casey: God this is so much better
You: Yeah it really is, not being drunk makes you realize how much you hate parties

*DOWNSTAIRS*
Sora returns with your water and is annoyed when you aren't on the couch. He sets your water down on the coffee table and rolls his eyes. He sits down on the couch and just looks around. Taty then approaches him.
Taty: Hey
Sora: Hi
Taty hands him a cup and he raises an eye brow
Taty: I didn't fucking poison it, just drink, you look like you need it
He smiles and takes a sip of the drink
Taty: Where's you girlfriend? Normally you guys are like a package deal
Sora: She disappeared, i don't know where she is
Taty nods her head

*UPSTAIRS*
You: How's party planning coming along
Casey: Don't worry about it
You smile
You: Thank you again
Casey: Of course
You: Have you told your parents that you're pregnant yet
Casey: Well I didn't tell them but they know
You: Spill oh my god
Casey: They found my pregnancy test in the trash
You: That's the worst...were they pissed?
Casey: Kinda but they got over it eventually

*DOWNSTAIRS*
Taty: How are things with you guys anyways?
Sora: Good
Taty: We haven't been hanging out much lately, I was wondering why
Sora: I've just been but busy with like football and stuff
Taty: "Stuff"
Sora: Yeah
Taty: Well anyways...just make sure you don't let her control your life just because she's your baby mama, it can get toxic that way
Sora: It's not toxic, do you think it's toxic?
Taty: No...just- happy new year
She rubs his knee and excuses herself from the couch.

*UPSTAIRS*
You and Casey spend most of the party upstairs talking and laughing about many things
You: What time is it?
Casey checks her phone
Casey: 11:55
You: We gotta go downstairs so we don't miss the countdown
Casey: Yeah you're right
You guys gather your stuff and head downstairs. You search for Sora in the crowd of people. When you finally find him you tug on his arm.
You: Hey
Sora: Where have you been
You: Upstairs with Casey, the music was giving me headache
He hands you a bottle of water
Sora: Your water that you asked for
You smile a little
You: Thank you
You take a sip of it then screw the cap back on.
You: It's almost time for the countdown
You squeeze Sora's hand and he smiles. A few moments later the countdown begins.
All: 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Most other people take a shot but Sora leans in to kiss you. He kisses you slowly and passionately, stroking your cheek with his thumb. He then pulls away and you smile.
Sora: Happy new year baby
You: Happy new year
Sora: Wanna go?
You: Definitely
He smiles and guides you out the door. When you guys get in the car Sora looks over at you.
Sora: You know what i'm thinking?
You: New years sex?
Sora: Yes
You smile excitedly and the drive home feels excruciatingly long. When you guys finally get inside the house Sora pushes you up against the door and kisses you. You kiss him back and he slides his tongue into your mouth. He then carries you up the stairs still kissing you and stumbles into his bedroom, slamming the door shut behind him. Luckily his parents are away in New York for the ball drop. He kisses down your neck and lightly tugs on the spaghetti straps of your dress. He sets you down on the floor and you step out of your dress then make your way to the bed.
Sora: You're so fucking sexy
He gets on top of you and you pull his shirt off. He kisses you again then goes down on your body, planting wet, sloppy kisses in every spot. He pulls down your panties and throws them aside.
