Chapter 65

You guys stay at the beach for a couple hours. When you guys are walking back to the car you feel really tired.
Sora: You okay?
You: Yeah just tired
Sora: It's okay, you can probably nap before we go to the beach

When you guys make it to the car you help him load the stuff into the trunk then you climb into the passenger seat. The drive back to the hotel is quiet, causing you to be even more tired. You must have fallen asleep because when you open your eyes again you are in the hotel room on the bed. You sit up and rub your eyes then stretch
Sora: Well look who's up
You smile
You: How long was I sleeping for?
Sora: A couple hours
You nod your head and grab your phone off the nightstand. The time is 4:02.
You: What time are we going to dinner?
Sora: Around 6
You: Okay
You climb off the bed to help wake you up a little

He kisses your cheek and you go into the bathroom. You sit in the warmth of the water for a while before actually cleaning yourself off. When you get out the shower it's just past 5:00 so you decide to just start getting ready for dinner. You do your makeup then put on a robe so you can go pick out an outfit.
You: I don't know what to wear
Sora: What are your options
You: Light blue maternity dress or light pink sundress

You: Are you sure

You: Just to be clear you know what a maternity dress is right?

You look at the ceiling and don't comment

It only takes him about 30 minutes to get ready. When he comes out the bathroom you smile.
You: You look perfect

You grab your phone and your purse then follow him out the room. When you guys get to the restaurant you admire it. It's on the water so the view is really pretty. There are even seats outside.
You: Can we sit outside
Sora: Whatever you want
You smile excitedly as he parks. When you guys go inside the hostess greets you.
Hostess: Hi!! How many?
Sora: Just 2, and could we be seated outside?
Hostess: Of course, right this way
She turns around and you both follow behind her. When you guys get to the table she sets down two menus and two sets of silverware.
Hostess: Someone will be right with you guys to get your drink orders
Sora: Okay, thank you
Hostess: Of course!
She turns away and you look over the menu
Sora: What are you gonna get?
You: I don't know...maybe salad or something
Sora: Jesus fucking christ it's like our first date all over again
You giggle
You: Okay but I'm genuinely craving salad
Sora: Okay...
A few moments later a waiter comes to take your drink orders.
Waiter: Hi I'm Alec! I'll be your server for tonight, can I get you guys started with any drinks?
Alec looks over at Sora.
Sora: I'll just have water
Alec looks over at you
You: Can I have a pina colada but can you make it with no alcohol and then also just a water
Alec: Yeah for sure, are you guys ready to order meals or do you need more time?
You: I think I'm ready to order
You look over at Sora
Sora: I need more time
Alec looks at you
Alec: Well I can go ahead and take your order for you if you'd like

You: Yeah sure...can I just have the chicken cesar salad
Alec: That's a great choice

He giggles as he picks up your menu off the table. When he walks away Sora looks at you

A little bit later Alec returns with the drinks and your salad. He sets everything down on the table
Alec: Here you guys go
He then turns to you
Alec: If you don't mind me asking...are you pregnant
You: Yeah I am, what gave it away?
Alec giggles and so do you. Sora clears his throat and your laughter fades a little
Alec: Congratulations...how far along??
You: Almost 5 months
Alec: That's great
You smile

*AFTER DINNER*
Sora: I don't care, the waiter was DEFINITELY flirting with you

You jokingly roll your eyes as you climb into the passenger seat.

On the drive back to the hotel room you place your hands on your stomach

A few moments later you guys arrive at the hotel. When you're in the elevator you speak again

The elevator doors open and you step out

You smile and go back to kissing him. He walks you over to the bed and you pull away again
