As Y/N walks home he reflects on what Tobiichi said.

Y/N: They happened at the same time. But there is no promise that they were the same Spirit. I need to find out the truth. One not tainted by my relationship with either Origami or Kotori. To find out what really happened that day. Could Kotori really have killed Origami's parents? Even worse, I don't know if I'll be alright with Shido dating my sister. But I need to be. If he doesn't we'll lose her. I don't want to kill my sister. 

He sits down on the ground near the railroad tracks.

Y/N: "What do I do?"

He looks up and sighs.

Y/N: To let Kotori date Shido or lose Kotori. Either way, Shido would end up having to date her. I should accept how things are now. It'll spare me the pain later. But wait, if I go out of control... No, it probably won't end like that.

He gets up and walks home. On the way, he is transported onto the Fraxinus.

Y/N: "So, what's the situation?"

Reine: "We're handing out mission details."

She pulls up a few screens.

Reine: "Shin, you're going to be assigned to a mission at Ocean park."

Y/N: "Ocean park?" A beach-themed park?

Shido: "That's the water and amusement park, right?"

Reine: "That's right. Everyone agreed it would be the best for your date with Kotori the day after tomorrow."

Kannazuki: "Absolutely! It's the perfect opportunity to feast your eyes upon our commander's glamorous figure, which is a youthful yet risque-a trait that's pronounced in a-"

Y/N: "Shup!"

He puches Kannazuki in the gut.

Kannazuki: "Thank you!"

He falls onto the floor.

Shido: *He looks down at Kannazuki* "Could you keep stuff like that to yourself?"

Reine: *She looks over at Y/N* "Both of you, one more thing. I've prepared some preliminary training for this mission. It'll be useful for the future, so I recommend you cooperate, Y/N."

Y/N: "Traning? What type?"

Reine: "A very important type."

She looks back to her screens.

Shido: "Training? I'll do it! If it's to save Kotori, we'll do it!"

Reine: "Good. I'll send the full details over tomorrow. Brings spare money."

Y/N/Shido: "Hai!"

The next day comes around and their training starts.

Y/N: Why did I agree to this? This seems more like a chore than training.

They've been tasked with picking out swimsuits for Tohka and Yoshino.

Shido: "Why does our training involve buying swimsuits for Tohka and Yoshino?"

Reine: "We must desensitize you to a variety of swimsuits. When you're on a date with Kotori, we can't risk your eyes wandering to another girl."

Y/N: "What about me? Why do I have to be here?"

Reine: "Research. Emotions play a major part in awakening spiritual power. We need to find out what emotions work best to counterbalance you. It is entirely necessary for you to be here."
