There are a lot of Christians who devoted their life to God and the Church intercede from each other.
The Church is not a building, it is a group of people who worship and fellowship God, who spent time together to talk about the goodness of God, to talk about Jesus Christ, to talk about God, the Father, and God the Holy Spirit. These are the Church of Christ.
When you intercede with your churchmates you pray over everyone, you give advice, you remind them, help them, encourage them to the people who devoted their life to God, to the people who soon looses its saltiness and light, to the people who long God. You also intercede with the Church to pray over to the people who have not yet know God, you pray over to open their eyes, to open God's knocking in their hearts as you intercede one another.
As you gather and intercede, God is also interceding with the Church. As it said, "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." ~ Matthew 18:20. God will move as you gather. And the LORD creates amazing things if you allow Him to move within all of you as you intercede.
