-See you tomorrow. - Riley says goodbye to his friends while grabbing his backpack and jacket.
He looks up at the sky while it rains. He accommodates his backpack along with his jacket. They said there was gonna be a storm on the news and they weren't lying. The boy starts walking in the rain, making his way to his house.
He enters an alley and before he could get to the following street, someone makes him fall to the ground. He glances at the other corner of the alley and realises that a shadow quickly disappears.
He stands up and looks around.
-Who's there? - He asks fearfully, without hearing an answer. - Who's there?
He suddenly feels how somebody takes him by the neck and throws him to the other side of the street, making him hit against an advertisement.
He stands up with difficulty and a great pain in the back. He looks at a fully populated restaurant and starts running towards it with no hesitation.
-Help! - Riley screams. But by seeing a shadow pass in front of him, he decides to walk away and start running in the opposite direction.
He arrives at a port but stays on the edge, not wanting to jump into the water. He walks backwards and looks around, scared.
-What do you want?! - He cries at the nothingness.
Immediately, a shadow rushes past him, biting his wrist. He glances at the bite until feeling how the fire starts running through his veins slowly and painfully.
He falls to the ground, screaming in agony because of the pain. He twists on the floor until looking back at the bite, feeling how it throbs. He strongly closes his eyes and keeps shireking in pain, but nobody but the red haired vampire hears him.
-Welcome to the army. - Victoria whispers, smiling while watching how Riley screams in pain.

Edward gets closer to Mackenzie and attaches their lips in a slow kiss. After a few seconds, the girl pulls away and keeps their foreheads laying on each other's with her eyes closed.
