your name is L/n Y/n. as with any great fanfic, you don't have parents! your mom died when you were 7 and your dad abandoned you when you were 1. so fun right? but you're taken care of by pro hero, Hawks! he was really close friends with your mom. they were even pro heroes together! however, your mother suddenly got very ill and no one could figure out what was killing her. luckily, you have Keigo which is the closest thing you'll get to a parental figure
Quirk: water. just as the name says, you're able to control water and anything containing water. doesn't matter if something has a tiny bit of water. as long as it has it, you can control it. you can make water appear at any given moment since the atmosphere always has it. the quirk is great, however, it has its drawbacks. if you use your quirk for too long, you start to get dizzy and dehydrated. going over your limits can cause you to start coughing up blood. but you're able to increase your endurance the more you train (so far you can go a while before reaching your limit!)
Personality: you're a nice, bubbly, optimistic young girl whos not afraid to speak her mind! you love making friends and you love putting a smile on people's faces
