ALESSANDRO'S POV

I swallowed a mouthful down my dry throat, sitting up, I realized the sun had already risen and it could be around twelve in the afternoon due to the strong heat blazing from sunlight through the glass door that led to the back garden and pool.

Footsteps echoed back after the door slammed shut, Armando's figure appeared in the living room, standing on the other side.

He rubbed his eyes and said between yawning, "I'm so glad you remembered to put your pants on."

I chuckled and sat up, running a hand through my hair, I thought back to last night. Her fingers gripping my strands as our lips moved together in one way, back and forth until it was too late we had to rest or we'll never make it.

Not a few minutes after, Narcisa walked out, "Have any of you seen him?" Armando and I shared a quick look and shook our heads. She seemed a bit worried as if Whitie would never leave unless he told someone or let out a note.

"Where is she?" I tried not to unleash on the girl for speaking of Akila in such disgust and kept my temper tamed, "I don't know, I just woke up." I replied coldly and trailed my gaze away before I snapped.

"So you're telling me both of them disappeared." Armando blinked between the two of us, "You don't have to worry about Akila, she usually goes out for a couple hours and comes back, it's your boy you should look for."

Narcisa stood still in her place, deciding whether she should take me seriously or brush it off and wait patiently until one of them showed up.

"Where is the bathroom?" She pointed a finger down a short hallway next to the kitchen area. I picked up the bag Akila and I packed before leaving Bucharest in case something like this happened.

I zipped open the bag and got out some clothes to wear after my needed shower.

The bathroom was alright, a little small and tight for my height but I managed to lower my head as I stepped into the shower.

I sighed in relief when I saw the body wash and shampoo there, hanging for me to use. I turned the water all the way and it came down burning, fire against my skin.

I jerked back and hissed, my eyes checked for the third time, the damned handle with a blue sticker for cold water was on yet only lingered and expanded through the four walls.

My grip twisted in the opposite direction of the color red and surprisingly, the temperature immediately dropped and the water went cold and freezing. I guess they switched them around and never fixed the handle.

The shower head soaked my hair, water traveling through my skull, down my shoulder and legs for a moment as my body relaxed and tensed at the same time caused by the difference of my warmth and the ice water.

I scrubbed my skin out of any dirt or sweat. I didn't forget my poor hair and washed it with this weird purple shampoo. It was the only thing I could find among those other dozen products including body lotions and scents I didn't think of touching.

Stepping out on the blue mat laid on the floor, I couldn't set my eyes on one, one singular towel long enough to wrap around my waist and not barely reach underneath my thighs.

Searching under the sink, I finally met with one long blue towel perfect for my body so I cussed at the color Akila told me didn't look good on me and secured the fabric on my hips before walking out of the bathroom with my wet hair creating a huge mess every step I took.
