Chapter 28 (The End)

~Thursday

-Adonis

I had to give Camilla a break we literally stayed in her apartment for a few days straight. She just needed time and I wasn't going to leave her side.

"Baby." I said walking into the bathroom. She was washing her face.

"Yes?"

"I was able to get your mother in rehab yesterday."

She nodded her head. "Let's hope this helps her. Even though she won't be her same self. I want her to get better."

"I have some business I have to take care of. Elena and Bruce are coming over."

Camilla smiled. "I'm so glad he's doing better. Ooh I should make them some breakfast."

"Alright baby. Just remember one thing though."

She looked at me. "What's that?"

"Tonight I'm tasting you again."

You couldn't tell but I knew she was blushing a little bit. "Adonis!" She said shyly.

I shrugged. "Just make sure you're dressed by 7 something sexy." I told her. I'm taking her out on a date since everything has happened. Dinner on the roof.

"We have a date?"

"Yes ma'am. Because you deserve it and more." I went over to her and kissed the top of her head.

"I'll see you tonight baby." I said smacking her ass and walking out of the bathroom.

I'm finally free. I'm finally able to just live my life. It may not be back to normal which I'm definitely okay with. Meeting Adonis changed my life for the better. Even though people literally tried to kill me but now I'm really happy.

~Later that day

Adonis took me to a beautiful dinner on the roof top. Candles and rose petals all over. He even has a saxophone player. My favorite instrument. This man truly treats me like a queen.

"Baby I love you." He told me.

I couldn't help but smile. "I love you too Adonis. Thank you."

"For?"

"Loving me especially through all this."

He grabbed my hand from across the table. "Baby I keep telling you. You deserve all the love and trust me I'm not going to stop."

"Okay but what if we get into a fight."

He laughed. "It probably will be my fault so i will apologize until my lips are numb. Baby im not saying our life will be the most perfect thing but our love will last forever."

I couldn't help but smile. I swear he just knows what to say.

"Now I have a question." He said to me.

I raised my eyebrow. "Oh".

His smile never left his face. "Now looking at you all sexy in that right blue dress. I'm trying to give you a baby. You good with that?"

My mouth dropped. I'm a little speechless and my shyness came creeping back. "Adonis!!!"

He laughed and shrugged his shoulders. "What im asking first before I do it."

"Adonis how about we live first and spend time with each other. THEN we talk about children."

"Okay okay fair enough." He kissed my hand.

"Speaking of living life. Make sure you pack your bags tonight because tomorrow we are leaving."

"We are?"

"Yep." He stood up not letting go of my hand and then helped me up from the table.

"We are going to Iceland and we are going to forget about the world. Just you and I."

He grabbed me by the waist and we began to slow dance to the music playing by the man playing the saxophone.

This is my life. And I'm so grateful Adonis came into it.

Yeah I know it's been a whole year since I gave a chapter but I wanted to end the book. Sorry for a weak ending but I wanted to end the book.

Don't be mad. I haven't wrote in a long time but I hate having stories not finished. It was either finish the book or remove it.
