The man he was talking to leaves, Thank god.
"Hunter thats Marco" I say looking up at him for a second before turning back to make sure I don't loose him. I see his eyes narrow then straighten as he leads me towards the excited 4 year old.
Hunter scoops him up making him squeal and giggle.
"Rara!" He squirms reaching his arms out to me. Aww.
"Rara?" Hunter asks making me look at him. "Marco, Im your zio first" he speaks to the baby making Marco laugh.
"Zio where is mama?" he asks Hunter.
"Hm, I dont know little man, how did you get away from them is the question" We look around the room to try to find them.
I see a woman approach us, she's older, maybe like 50's but she looks really graceful and proper.
"Hunter! È passato così tanto tempo tesoro, e chi è questa splendida ragazza?" she speaks, her accent making her even more elegant. "non dirmi che hai già una famiglia, ti ho visto solo 4 mesi fa." She says again.
(It has been so long darling, and who is this gorgeous girl.) (dont tell me you already have a family, i saw you just 4 months ago.)
"Dio no, lei è la mia ragazza per la notte, e questo piccoletto è di Vince" Hunter replies. Im so proud because I know exactly what he said. "This is Arabella" He motions making me smile at the woman.
(God no, she's my date for the night, and this little guy is Vince's)
"Oh my you're beautiful, Hello dolcezza, Arabella is a beautiful name darling, whatever are you doing with this scimmia" She laughs. She called him a monkey. I can't help but giggle looking up at Hunter who looks at me with those eyes.
The ones that make my stomach flutter. I bite my lip to stop myself from laughing making his eyes flicker to my mouth. I look away quickly.
"Well you two are adorable, how are you enjoying the party" She says. I blush looking around.
Hunter talks to her a few more minutes then she leaves, patting my cheek and saying Im beautiful.
"That was papa's sister" He explains making me nod.
"Marco, are you sleepy baby?" I ask him and he shrugs his cute little shoulders.
"Im hungry" He says making me smile.
"Okay, lets go find your mama and we can eat something." I say making him nod. He is sleepy. "Put him down so he can walk, I don't want him to fall asleep without eating" I ask Hunter who nods.

This party is no party. Its a boring gathering of people who eye eachother and smile when they make eye contact. It's toxic and annoying.
I'm standing next to Hunter while he talks to some random guys. They seem to be friends, compared to the other people he's been speaking to, he seems less reserved.
Or uptight.
"La ragazza sexy al tuo braccio è annoiata Hunt." one of them says. I've been tuning them out but this particular remark made Hunters arm around me tighten to the point where my skin hurt from being pulled.
(The sexy girl on your arm is bored Hunt.)
"stai zitto, non parlare di lei in quel modo" Hunter seethes, his tone suddenly angry making me look up at him.
(shut the fuck up, don't talk about her like that)
"woah scusa non sapevo fosse una cosa seria." The guy raises his hands.
(woah sorry I didn't know this was serious.)
"non è... aspetta" Hunter hesitates then gently nudges me to walk, leading me to the bar.
(its not- just wait)
"What are you doing" I ask him as he pulls a bar chair for me to sit in.
"Give me five minutes to get rid of those two and I'll be back" I go to protest but he cuts me off. "Don't move mia cara" he says, before walking away swiftly.
I huff and look at him from the distance. Atleast I can rest my poor feet now.
"Whats a pretty girl like you doing sitting alone at the bar" I hear a voice behind me. I turn my chair to see the bartender with a nice smile. I smile at him with a light laugh.
"Oh I'm just waiting for someone" I tell him and he nods wiping a glass.
"Well can I get you something to drink?" He asks.
"Yeah I guess. Something fruity sounds good" I say making him nod.
I was about to ask him of the drink he made was alcoholic but its named jolly rancher so I doubt it is.
When Hunter didn't come back for the next 10 minutes I just kept ordering one drink after the other. I mean they're so good I just want more and they come in a really small size.
Eh whatever atleast theyre great tasting.
