Now, what was I going to do about Diallo?

When I walked back into my suite, Gay was arguing with him, all in his face, yelling.

"You always need to control people around you and that shit is not cute! Leave Rayvn alone and let her live her fucking life."

"This is between me and Rave, so you...stay out of it."

"Hey!" I stood between them, facing Gay. "I don't need you to defend me or anything. It's not even that big of a deal."

"Rayvn, don't be weak around him, he will never change. I didn't even invite him over. Why are you even here?"

"I didn't come to see you anyway, I came to hang with Rayvn. Are you making her smoke or something else neither of you should be doing?"

"I never force her to do anything," Gay said. "Just like when we kissed."

Oh no! Why did Gay go there? Like whyyyy? I did not want to turn and face Diallo and see what he was thinking. It was no big deal really. So what I kissed his sister before I kissed him. It's not like we were together anymore, he could not be upset.

"You what?" Diallo yelled out.

Now I was embarrassed. Our other guests were sitting there and watching the shouting match. Now everyone knew I kissed my roommate.

"Uh...I think the party is over guys," Channing stated, jumping up.

"Uh, sure, sure...Gay, Rayvn, I will see you two later." Bria took Rodney's hand as they all started to leave the room without a single glance back at them.

Once everyone was gone. I walked away from the two. How was I in the middle of this argument, I did nothing wrong. I went into the kitchen. I wondered if there were more brownies because that buzz was gone just that quickly.

"Rayvn, please tell me that you did not kiss my sister."

There were no more brownies, and I was going to ignore Diallo's question.

"Rayvn?"

"Well...you said not to tell you so...I won't."

"Yes, I kissed her first!" Gay came over and put her arm across my shoulder. "In fact, I was her first-ever kiss."

"Rayvn, why wouldn't you tell me this?" Diallo stood in front of me.

"Because it meant nothing," I said. "I mean, Gay knows that, right? We were just messing around."

"And I only did it because I knew you liked her." Gay smiled at her brother. "Are you feeling okay, brother?"

"I'm not mad," Diallo said calmly. "As you said, it meant nothing."

I was not so sure of that, but I needed peace right now.

"If you two don't mind, I'm going to my room and chill."

I walked off towards my room, but Diallo followed me.

"Wait Rayvn, I'm sorry. I'm sorry if I made a big deal about your...friend being over here." Diallo stood at the entrance to my room but did not walk in.

"It's fine," I simply say. "You can come on in."

He walked into my room and looked around. It looked pretty much the same as my other room which he had visited. I did not want to argue with Diallo right now, I wanted to kick back and relax and not think about much.

"You like it over here?"

"Yes. I like it a lot. And I've met more friends that hopefully will be real friends. I'm doing well in school and that's all that matters right now."
