It's basically just Toy Sun with a different, more human build and eyes stylized differently. x'D I just wanted to draw Sun looking pretty. I imagine that this could be for a variant AU where his revamp didn't change him quite so drastically, so he'd still be his full size, working as the daycare attendant.
The expression isn't meant to be super upset or anything, I just though he looked cute with a vaguely confused (or lowkey exasperated) face.
