This is Gatito, a psychic cat. He was partially based off Neku Sakuraba (Square Enix) with his levitating pose and his psychs.
Gatito can use telepathy, kything, telekinesis, and barriers, can levitate and summon items. He can teleport too, whether it be different areas or dimensions. (And also, for any TWEWY fans, you know how Gatito is a brand Hanekoma sells? It's Spanish for 'Kitten'.)

I had used several different color palettes for him, but the ones I really liked were the moon and wolf color palettes I found on Pinterest. Though, as you can probably tell, I used the moon palette.
