His eyes are a little too young-looking, but here he is! Freddy Vortex, long-time friend of Emotieon the 2nd/Neutro. Since I don't have a whole lot of art for him, I decided I might as well draw him again. (Seriously, excluding this drawing he only has two busts from a two-panel comic I made, and it's not very good.)
