Anna (Pronounced like 'Anna' from Frozen) is a babysitter. She watches a 7 year old girl named Maria, who obsesses over the things little girls usually like, My Little Pony, Disney, and Frozen.
Anna likes the same things Maria does, but she especially loves Frozen. She never minds watching it, and loves singing along to Let It Go, with or without Maria. She also likes other songs, but not as much as Let It Go.
Although Songstresses don't normally wear clothes, at the request of Mr. and Mrs. Pierce (Maria's parents), she started wearing the turtleneck shown above and blue jeans. (When it gets warmer, she wears a knee high dress.)
When she was first hired, she had to have her tail surgically removed to avoid knocking down pictures, mirrors or vases. It did bother her in the least, as she finds it enjoyable being able to sit down without hurting her tail. She has to avoid deep water, though, because Songstresses can't swim properly without their tails.
As you can probably tell, she prefers cold things (Like drinks or weather), but she doesn't mind warm things like hot cocoa. She adores Maria, but she cannot stand when the little girl drags her around town just to find a 'Prince', despite the fact that she has tried to tell her time and time again that Songstresses don't form relationships with males.

Future goals: Re-learning how to swim, performing Let It Go live, and getting over her fear of the dark.
