Chapter forty-eight

Olivia's pov:
April 2022

It was a new day in sunny Australia, the weather was on another level. The morning sun was peeking through the blinds, and life felt great. I woke up next to Charles who was still sleeping, so I got out of bed quietly and walked to the bathroom where I took a shower and then cleaned my face, after that I got dressed for the day. As I had finished getting dressed and was only missing my jewelers, Charles woke up. - "Goodmorning love, you look absolutely beautiful today" he said and gave me a good morning kiss. "Thanks babe" I said and then put my earrings in, which were just some classic Chanel earrings.

"You're going to the track today, right?" I asked as Charles had finished showering and was getting dressed. "Yeah, Carlos and I have a few things to film for the youtube channel".."Okay then, I'm gonna be with Isa and Carmen most of the day today.. So we probably won't get to see each other until tonight" I said. "What are you guys gonna do?".. "I don't know, maybe some shopping or some kind of activity, I'm not sure yet" I answered. "Okay, well have fun" he smiled and went to give me a hug. Then I grabbed my bag, and then I took my shoes on. "You too, say hi to Carlos for me.. Love you" I said and gave him a goodbye kiss. "I will, love you too" he smiled.. Then I walked out of the hotel room, and into the lobby where I met up with Carmen and Isabel. Usually Luisa we're in our little f1 wags group, but unfortunately her and Lando broke up, so we won't see much of her anymore, which is really sad. They were really cute together.

I met up with Isa and Carmen, we jumped into the car and started to drive towards a place where we could eat some breakfast. "Girls, Lily just asked if she can come as well?" Carmen said. "Yeah of course, she has to come!" I said. "Yes, let's go pick her up" Isa said. I have only spoken with her a few times in the paddock, but she's so sweet and of course she can come as well. Lily and Carmen are really good friends, just like Isa and I. This can only turn into a great day, with wonderful girls. - After a short while we had picked up Lily, she was already ready. And now we were officially headed towards the breakfast restaurant.

After a lovely breakfast, we were ready to do the first activity of the day. We decided to go shopping. It's been way too long since we have been out shopping for real, and not just online. So we walked down a huge shopping street with all kinds of stores, every single one looked amazing and we wanted to go into all of them, but that would just be impossible. We went into a store with gym clothes, all four of us are working out a lot, so we all wanted to get some new gym clothes, since you cannot have enough of it. "What do you think about this?" Lily asked as her and I were looking together at some leggings. "I love them, you should get those! I'm considering getting some of the black ones" I said, as she was holding up a pair of navy blue leggings. "Do it, they would look beautiful on you" she smiled. I then looked through to find my size, thankfully they had one left in my size, I found a matching top to go with it, so I was really happy about that, the material was also really good.

After being in the gym store for a while and where all of us had bought something, we walked further down the street. "Oh my god girls, look at that dress!!" Isa said and pointed at a gorgeous wedding dress in a window, to a beautiful but expensive bridal store. "Wow, you should try it on," Carmen said and smiled. "I dunno, do you think it's my style?" Isa asked. Well, you won't know until you try it?" I said. "Okay then, are you sure you won't mind?" she asked, of course we won't mind. - So we walked into the store, where the really kind lady helped us. Isa explained that she wanted to try the dress from the window, and thankfully it wasn't a problem at all. Lily, Carmen and I sat down and was more than ready for her to come out of the dressing room.. - "Wow!" I said and looked at Isa, she looked stunning and perfect in the dress, it suited her perfectly. The dress was of course white, had off shoulders, lots of laces and details on, and then the bottom of the dress was big, she looked like a real princess.
"So what do you think? doesn't your friend look beautiful?" the lady asked. "Oh yes! Isa you're looking outstanding!" Lily said, Carmen and I agreed..
