Dream pulled into George's driveway faster than he thinks he's ever done, almost immediately after, George came bursting
through the front door, running towards Dreams car with a bit of a limp as he dived into the passenger side, Dream backing
up the car without hesitation and driving off, hearing the dark, heavy, deep voice behind the car scream.

George was out of breath, his chest lifting and falling in a very fast rate, as Dream ran a hand through his hair, breathing
heavily as well from the anticipation and stress, "what the fuck happened?" He asked, looking at George with a worried
expression, the brunette boys breathing not slowing down, "did you tell them?" Dream asked.

George closed his eyes tight, he gripped the sides of his seat and nodded his head, his hair bouncing up and down as he
did so. Dream didn't need to ask when he saw how nervous and panicky George looked, it obviously didn't go well.

George had texted Dream an hour or two ago that he was going to come out to his parents, saying that if he calls him in
around the same time, to get into his car and rush to George's house. Dream knew this would happen, he knew his parents
would flip out and scream and beat him, they were very religious, I mean, they believed in the law that a woman should be
a stay at home mother, and the man goes out to work, no in between. It was really no surprise to him that they acted like
this, he really wished he could've be there to maybe protect him or at least be outside for him.

Dream pulled over the car, stopping in a parking spot by the park. He looked over at George, who was stiff as a board, his
hands at either side of him. Dream was amazed that he couldn't hear the boys heartbeat through his chest.

"George?" He asked, the boys eyes wide as he stared down at his feet. Dream placed a hand on his arm, the boy
flinching away, his eyes darting to Dreams arm like it was a massive spider. This frightened Dream, "George.." he
said quieter, more soft. He reached out his hand towards George, the brunette hazily watching it draw closer as
it reached the boys cheek, resting on it.

Dream could feel the vibrations of George's heartbeat by his jaw, it was really fast, and really loud. Dream remembered
something that would always calm down George without fail, it was something Dream did whenever he wanted George to
calm down.

"Do you want uppies?" Dream asked, giving the boy soft eyes. George looked up at him at the familiar word, looking between
the boys hazel green eyes before nodding his head.

Dream leaned over and wrapped his arms around George, lifting him up like he weighed nothing, and dragged him over
onto his lap, George's legs folded to the sides of Dreams waist since there wasn't that much space in the seat. George
brought his head close to Dreams chest, Dream raising his hand to George's hair as he soothingly maneuvered his hands
through the brown locks.

Dream breathed softly, a contrast to George's unsteady hitched breathing, Dream knew that his presence around
George was making the boy calm a little, making the blonde smile. "You don't have to speak George, just breath
with me, okay?" He said, George nodding his head as he wrapped his arms around his best friend, finding safety
in his touch. The two boys breathed slowly together, well, George tried, but the memory of his fathers deep, angry
voice kept coming back.

Every few minutes, George would think back to what his father had said, "worthless faggot! Why can't you be like your
sister! I knew we should've aborted you the moment I knew aware you were a boy!" George's breath hitched hard as tears
started running down his face, why wasn't he born perfect like his sister? Why did he have to be this ugly, gay, worthless
thing of a son!
