    Whumpee has OCD and needs everything to be a specific number or odds/evens. Whumper knows this and specifically does things oppositely to upset Whumpee.
    Two whumpees are put in the day room of the hospital while they recover for some tv time. The only problem is that one can only stand odd numbers and one can only stand even numbers.. and they need to change the volume.
