I choose the honest path. "Yes." Just a simple yes was all I said without hesitation.

"Are you saying that you regret it?" Sam asked.

I stayed silent.

"You there?" Seth asked waving a hand in front of me.

"Oh..I'm here, believe me." I said.

"Then answer the question."

"I'm not sure. I mean I was really upset..but believe me, my parents died so I had a huge reason to be upset. I lost my longest relationship and the person that meant the most to me other than my parents..." I sighed. "I didn't want to force Seth to come with me. I didn't want him to change his life and his dream career, because of me."

"Did you ever think of long distance?" Sam asked.

"No, I was more concerned about my family at the time."

"Which I can understand...with their passing and all that's your main concern." Seth interrupted.

"I wasn't for sure if Seth would be up for it or not...I was too scared to ask."

I looked around the park. "Do you want to leave?" Seth asked. "We can if you want."

"We're at an Airbnb near by...you can stay there if you'd like." Colby offers.

"The only problem is getting clothes." Seth added.

"I would like that...but I'm scared Albert is waiting for me at my house."

"We'll be with you. If he's there we can always drive past it..you can always borrow clothes from me. We can go clothes shopping too." Seth offered.

"Sure, I'd like that." I smiled at him.

Okay so: end of chapter.

I just want to add that the story may be confusing so I may end up writing a separate authors note chapter just for the sole purpose of the story.
