"hey babyboy." i cooed picking up zoltan from his crib.
he had just woke up from his nap and was now showing off his smile that had a few teeth coming in.
"mamama." he babbled kicking his legs around.
"i'm not a girl but go off." i said shaking my head and placed him on my hip.
my phone started ringing and i groaned before picking up seeing it was daesyn calling, i clicked accept then placed the phone in zoltan's small hand.
"wassup big man." daesyn said and zoltan stared at the screen blankly before looking at me.
"please fix yo face." i said laughing and zoltan laughed.
i grabbed my phone and sat it up,"what y'all doing today?" daesyn asked.
"imma probably do like a small get together and invite a few people over, he 6 months today." i said as i started running water in zoltan's bathtub.
"around what time?" he asked as i undressed zoltan.
"uhhh around 3 or 4." i said as zoltan started whining.
i placed a pacifier in his mouth and he sucked on it and started playing wit his fingers,"he getting chunky." daesyn said before laughing.
"don't be bullying my baby." i checking the water temperature then took off zoltan's diaper and carefully placed him in the small tub.
"imma come by tho." he said and i hummed in response.
"storm-"
"daesyn you've been seeing him through facetime this past few months, i know you got baby mamas to tend to but it don't take that much to take a lil time out yo day to actually come see him..." i quickly ranted as i bathed zoltan.
"i know i'm sorry, imma come by foreal i swear." he said and i heard my phone ding making me look up.
taiyo: aye it's cool if i come by?
i smiled a lil, even tho me and taiyo had been talking a minute he still made sure to not overstep any boundaries.
"okay daesyn, i hear you." i said and he nodded.
"ight i'll see you later." he said before hanging up.
"well in a few more months you gonna have some siblings huh?" i said to zoltan as i finished bathing him and he only splashed water at me.
"okay come on." i said grabbing his frog towel and picked him up before wrapping him in it.
i went back to his room and sat in the rocking chair and held him close to me before calling taiyo.
"what you doing?" i asked as the call connected .
"i just got out the shower, that's why you facing the ceiling." he said and i nodded.
